i recently bought this Keda 2in1 rechargeable lady epilator with a distributer named EF Beauty product. the package arrived today and i got angry. the box is correct but i ended up getting a lipgloss inside the box instead of the epilator.. what the heck?! i paid it but they gave me wrong product. it's very disappointing.

The Customer rep who talked to me about my complaint was very courteus and accommodating. I hope to be refunded asap for the Pleasure perfume.

It was awful! I ordered perfumes, about 5, green tea 2 items, pleasure 1, light blue 1 item, happy classic 1 item. I tried opening the Pleasure and smell only to find out it was not the real thing, its a fake! And I want to return all of them. I trusted Lazada that it will deliver the real ones but i was betrayed. This is a scam! We have a case against them!

In reference to order number 349545659 Energie 8001 treadmill worth Php69,995.00 in which I ordered on December 23, 2016, Lazada sent me the wrong order the AVANT Garder T9.0 whose price is far less worth Php 41,000.00. Until now my refund request is zero. I think hellopay is a SCAM and Lazada has to pay. Submitting this review, i thought might help but until now, nothing happened. If this platform, doesn't help deprived customers, then why waste time writing reviews. Is this just for publicity? I booked a preordered an item in Lazada last December 2016. It says item will be delivered on January 20, 2017. I am not really into complaining with regards to any inconvenience I may encounter in shopping because I don't *** care if it will arrive or not since I am not paying it unless the item arrived. But nowadays, your service is poor. You are not even accepting COD anymore and not just that you are so slow in responding to any inquiries and complaints. The men who are incharge of the delvery service here in iloilo opened and checked what my friend ordered from lazada online. Because somehow they knew that she was pretty and cguro was interested. I mean like seriously is that the most appropriate way to treat a customer?
