Putangina nyo lazada 2 weeks na ako naghihintay hanggang ngayon wala pa din. Tumawag na ako sa customer service akala ko may magagawa silang solusyon at least follow up man lang sa status ng shipment ko imbes sinendan lang nila ako ng copypaste email after 1 day!!! Yan ang naging solusyon nila??? Talagang inaksaya pa nila isang araw ha tangina nyo tapos ngayon pinaghihintay nyo ako ng 3 business day *** at least magbigay kayo ng option magpacancel ng order kung ganyan kayo napaka walang kwenta dapat nag shopeee na lang ako mga *** kayo

Hello . I need help. I need to have my order delivered today or tomorrow because i have to use my order in my morning. Is it okay to request a delivery today since it is already in cagayan de oro city? Or do i need to pick it up at any warehouse or wherever u want to be picked up with in cagayan de oro city. My order was stocked on San Pedro Sortation Center for more than 2 weeks

Please do a follow-up on my order # 294914****32646 and the Tracking # is SO009648****. It is a calculator that I really need for my Board Exam.

It's been over 2 weeks on the Sortation Center at San Pedro Laguna and the last day of the estimated delivery date was today (June 23, 2020), but according to the Lazada app it is still on the Sortation Center on San Pedro Laguna. I already went to your Delivery Adjustment Checker link to check it but there is no adjusted date for my order.

I ordered a digital keyboard from lazada's 12.12 and paid it through debit card and the seller entrusted Entrego as the courier. If you look at the first screenshot, my package first arrived and departed the logistics facility on Dec 13.

Then, I haven't received any updates anymore. I contacted lazada's customer service center on Dec 18 (last day of delivery), then the status changed again to arrived and departed from the logistics facility. Like, really? What's the deal with?

Where is my order exactly. Now, entrego replied to my query through twitter that my package is now out for delivery, it's also the status of the package in their tracking Page, but it's been two days and I haven't received any text or confirmation that I will be receiving my parcel.

I would understand if it will be late for 2 or 3 days, just tell me that it will be late, the reason that it will be late and where it is exactly. Seems like peace of mind of the customer is not a priority for them.

Lazada is not consumer friendly at all.... my order #300233****81333 is not shipped until now. I would like to cancel, seller is not responding to my follow-ups! I don't know why there's no way to cancel it.....it's a paid order and seller is not acting on it. It is beyond delivery date now..but the product is not even shipped yet. There should be a cut-off date where the order is auto cancelled if seller is not following up on it.

It is not proper for a customer to asked a question stated as " so are you saying that you have incoming deliveries " When Im not talking about an order CS should read and understand 1st the customers question before answering inappropriately and by the way if I will received again phone call coming from same chat representative I swear that I will sue your company for harassment I am working at home and contacting me excessively just because i ended the conversation right away you must be afraid of my survey but try again calling me today for the 5th time then youll see.i do have all the conversation screenshot
