I ordered 50 pesos regular load in Lazada top up. I sent it to my friend. I made sure that I selected regular load 50 on the option. Then suddenly my friend informed me that they never got the load and instead they get GAMES50 a subscription through smart. Then I checked the order history and then boom! it is showing Games 50. Tried to do the same process on loading but I never see an option for you to get games 50. I'm so pissed about what happened. I also tried to top up 500 and it failed. Still waiting for it to be posted back on my card. What a big inconvenience. What if that is the only money left on your card abd you badly need the load? I tried it again the other day and 50 pesos globe load failed and I have to keep an eye on those refund.

Query about my failed item delivery

LEL EXPRESS delivery associate tried to deliver to you today your Order #296438****32319 with Tracking number PHEF0000523610 but was not successful as the recipient is not available. That was sent to my email and said I wasn't available. I haven't recall any notification from the carrier even a text message that I am about to receive my delivery today. I am available at this time.

Ordered an aircon from Carrier in their Lazmall but it has been almost 2 weeks now, BUT STILL NO DELIVERED ITEM, NO UPDATE, STILL ON THE "to ship" category. No tracking number! We have paid already in advance through Card BUT UNTIL NOW, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR ORDER YET. We have called customer service twice and all they told us was NOT TO WORRY!
