Ako din umorder sa Lazada. Tapos 2 consecutive days nilagay na delivery attempt failed kasi daw wala ako sa location.

Ni hindi manlang ako kin0ntak. Walang tawag ni text, wala. Pano malalaman na wala ako dun eh hindi naman nagpunta delivery courrier nila ni minsan samin? Fyi, stay in ako tapos sasabihin na wala ako sa location?

Tamad lang talaga mga delivery riders niyo. Pangalawang reklamo ko na to sainyo pero walang ginagawang action para madisiplina mga delivery riders ng courier na to.

Too late ang pagbabasa ko ng reviews about Ximex sna di nko nag Lazada. Bat pa kasi kinukuha ng Lazada yang Ximex na napaka poor service!

Hi Lazada This is Micca Vizoro I ordered a dish cabinet last Oct 17,2019 and received it by Oct 22,2019 and I immediately ask for refund/return since I received a damage item. Kindly see the attachment. But to no avail the seller didn't respond to my request so I ask your team to assist me regarding it and they told me to wait for atleast 14 days but until now I haven't received any feedback when will my item be pick up and when can I have the my refund. I'm hoping to have my refund ASAPA since I give you enough time to take action I believe one month is long enough to process my request and what you’re doing tiresome. I expecting your immediate action regarding on this matter.
