I was expecting to received my order around May 24th to 27th. I kept monitoring the status of the shipment. 24th. came and I did not received any texts nor calls from LEX Cebu, but based on the tracking it was already at the LEX Cebu hub and ready for delivery. 25th., 26th. came, still no delivery so I thought probably because it's a weekend, so given Monday will be the latest that I can have it. Am expecting if LEX cannot contact me via phonecall, as there are times that there is no signal inside our unit, am confident that the courier will send me a text message so i can be informed that my goods are on its way. Coz even a bar of a signal, a text will get through and I can received it then. Am so used that Lazada couriers of my past orders will just text me and I just give them a "go" that am there to receive the goods. SO in the evening of the 27th., i ran out of patience and check the tracking of my goods, and VOILA!!! "Delivery attempts failed and is set to be returned to shipper".... what "Delivery Attempts failed"?! when the courier don't even send me one text, a simple text if they cannot reach me via phonecall... IF only I know where is the location of LEX Cebu warehouse in Mandaue, which I live in the same city. I will voluntarily pick my goods if they don't feel delivering it to my door. I have been waiting for it! So please anyone who can give just explanation why this happened? P.S. "PissedConsumer.com" - no, am not pissed at all... i just need fair explanation. Am an honest and serious Lazada buyer.

I had ordered a great deal or items for baking. I rescheduled delivery because I was in process of switching bank account. They came to my house twice in personal vehicles demanding the money because they didn't want to get in trouble by there manager again for poor delivery. They told lazada I refused to pay and denied delivery which I did no such thing. I asked for the phone number of there company and the man refused to give to me so I could talk to there manager at lex pH. I told him if not taken care of I will indeed sue your company for defaceing my name with lazada and filed a false report. Is this the way you treat foreign people that u say are welcome here. I have spent several thousand in USA dollars on this company to be treated like this. Lex ph. mark my words. I will put u on social media what u have done. Because I already have.

Hello Lazada and great volume and entrego I would like to know where are my orders my vanity cabinet and vanity mirror amounting to almost 20 thou pesos ordered them on may 5 2019 you specifically said estimated dates of delivery may8 to may 11 what date now may 19 and no changes of my account still "your parcel departed from the logistics dated may 7" I dont know what to do or to expect but can anyone at least say something whats really going on tried to email lazada chat with great volume and email entrego but no luck no responce i have no idea where are my orders. Ordered using the "Same day express delivery" expected the parcel to arrive at around 7pm. I was here the whole day, even received a text message from entrego that one of their drivers will attempt to deliver my package.

I waited and waited, then suddenly received a message that delivery attempted and not successful. I was there the whole time waiting, no one came. Didn't even receive a call nor a message informing me that the courier was here.

Lazada tracker mentions "We will deliver it again shortly." I'm still waiting right now, how long is that "Shortly".

I'm just really disappointed, I opted for the same day delivery for a reason.

It would have been fair if they came upfront and informed me that they wouldn't be able to deliver it that night I would have understand, instead of labelling it as failed attempt.

Ordered a lot from Lazada, but this is a first. I'm a loyal customer and still wishes to be one, but if you're not going to take measures about the complaints your partnered courier receives then this might be my last transaction.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH OTHER LAZADA CUSTOMER LEX EXPRESS WHICH IS LAZADA DELIVERY PARTNERSHIP NEVER DELIVER THE ITEM THAT I HAVE BEEN ORDER .BUT WHEN I CHECK THE DELIVERY DETAIL THEY SAID IT IT BEEN DELIVERED AND RECEICED. LIKE WTF HAPPEN I DONT EVEN RECEICE ANY ITEM. WHEN I CHECK THE PROVED OF DELIVERY THERE IS A SIGNATURE OFF MY FAMILY NAME THAT IS NOT SAME WITH MY SIGNATURE. Nag cash po ako nung May 17, 2019 at exactly 4pm kc po may nag order sa akin ng 10ft na trampoline na nagbigay agad ng pambayad nya kc mas mabilis ung processed ng items pag paid mo agad thru online payment. Agad2x pgka pasok ng money dun sa e wallet, tinry ko agad na e check out ung item kaya lng gnyan ung lumalabas na error. Kya sinubukan ko nlng ulit kinagabihan nung May 17, 2019 pero ganun pa din ngyari so, kinabukasan ng chat nlang ako dun sa chat support nla, ggawan lng daw ng report pero, araw2x ako ng follow up un lng lagi snasabi at gusto nla sa email e continue ung pg uusap pra mkpagpadala ako ng mga screenshots dun sa mga error na naeencounter ko sa app. Tapos anjan un hinihingan ko ng valid ID ayun at nagsend nman ako, pero hanggang ngayun araw2x ako ng follow up lagi sasabihin ng iba ibang pangalan ng mga chat support nla na ina escalate na daw ung problem ko to their team na mag aayos ng concern ko pero ilang days na gnyan pa din. Dipa naman akin ung pera na ipinasok sa customer ko un. At dumating na ung order nyang trampoline kanina, at wala akong choice kundi maghanap ng paraan saan mangutang para pangtapal dun nsa e wallet na di magamit. sna naman gawan nyu ng madaliang aksyun ang problema ko dahil may anak po akong pinapag aral single mother lng po ako sna maawa naman kau.

Para po kayung robot auto reply lang. Laging gnyan reply nyu skin lagi kda follow up ko sa inyu.

Naman ilang linggo na npakahirap ba sa inyu na e check jan sa system nyu ang account ko?

Sising sisi ako bkit ako nag cash in sa app nyu na pawang phishing site naman anu ba yan. Ngppaloap ako lagi kau humihingi ng gmail address etc eskimberlo anu ba yan lazada nakakahiya kau.

Ilang beses npo.ako nkipag communicate sa inyu laging sagot nyu ay gagawan ng paraan at ung chat support nyu is auto reply. Pagka nkipag usap ka nman sa live agent laging bz mag aantay kpa ng ilang oras.

Yan nman Instagram at Facebook nyu ni minsan di binuksan ang message ko. Maawa at makonsensya nman po kau.
