Entrego - Failed Delivery Attempt Lie
Ordered using the "Same day express delivery" expected the parcel to arrive at around 7pm. I was here the whole day, even received a text message from entrego that one of their drivers will attempt to deliver my package.
I waited and waited, then suddenly received a message that delivery attempted and not successful. I was there the whole time waiting, no one came. Didn't even receive a call nor a message informing me that the courier was here.
Lazada tracker mentions "We will deliver it again shortly." I'm still waiting right now, how long is that "Shortly".
I'm just really disappointed, I opted for the same day delivery for a reason.
It would have been fair if they came upfront and informed me that they wouldn't be able to deliver it that night I would have understand, instead of labelling it as failed attempt.
Ordered a lot from Lazada, but this is a first. I'm a loyal customer and still wishes to be one, but if you're not going to take measures about the complaints your partnered courier receives then this might be my last transaction.
