GLOBAL CORPORATION - SCAMMER (Order Ref. # 220485****03470) Description Samsung 65" UHD, 4K Curved Snart TV MU6300 (FLASH SALE)

Recently ordered Smart TV thru COD basis but Global Corporation informed that due to fast moving items we need to pay thru certain payment center such as Palawan or M-Lhuillier. We did not think that this is a FRAUD since it is legal communications from LAZADA apps and the responded person is always ONLINE and the information given was all accurate and reliable details means that it is legally known by Lazada. To make story short we made the payment thru Palawan they informed delivery are already made and wait for their call but nothing happens until this present day. But take note the CHAT messages is always open and ACTIVE daily but not reading on my complaints so again LAZADA has still having legally authorized this GLOBAL Corporation. I need a FULL reimbursement of my money and LAZADA will be full accountability on this issue as you are authorizing this GLOBAL Corporation to do such transactions either FRAUD or LEGAL and you did not do anything about it. You are aware on your POLICIES and PROCEDURES by LAW and you should be very careful on accepting FRAUD retailers / Wholesalers in this regards. WoW! Amazing that Lazada doesn't own up to this and refund you immediately.

They used Lazada's channels to screw you and Lazada tries to imply that you may not (reality is you 'are not') going to get your money back. It is 199% the fault of Lazada for letting people do this to you using their name. Lazada should file criminal charges against Global Corp to recover the losses. Lazada has MILLIONS while you are just a consumer who was screwed over by LAZADA, Global Corp.

I was screwed by several different (China) stores (missing items which has become the norm) that was just hundreds of Pesos. Fake items. False advertising. You are out tens of thousands.

May God give you the help you need to recover your hard earned money. Maybe we an get a class action lawsuit filed against Lazada and have some worthless lazada business persons jailed for the crimes against the Filipino consumer. If you notice, lazada ph has the most complaints. More than double that of all the other Lazadas combined.

Your experience is truly alarming and i do think somebody needs to look into it very carefully. You may want to try giving the President a look at it. His people will forward it to people that may help you on this. Google: contact office of the president ph You should find the Presidents website.

Look down for: Request for Assistance (Employment, Medical, Housing, Livelihood, Legal, Miscellaneous and Complaint) There will be an email address (pcc@***l...). I have used this and it does help. I think they can point you in the right direction and possibly get the relief you deserve against these crooks! Good luck and may the power of the people rise again against these bad business practices and remove them from harming the Filipino People.

Last March 27, 2019, nag-sale sa LAZADA kasama na yung Maybelline products. As you can see I ordered - 2 FIT ME MATTE + PORELESS LIQUID FOUNDATION (Php199.50 each) - 3 SUPERSTAY MATTE INK LIQUID LIPSTICKS (Php199.00 each) for an amount of Php996.00 . April 5, 2019 dumating order ko at kulang ng 1 Fit Me Foundation. Nagchachat ako sa knila pero walang sumasagot. Nag sale nga sila kulang naman yung pinadala nila. Ang nakakainis pa wala man lang sumasagot sa mga chat and email ko sa knila, sana man lang sumagot sila kahit mag sorry lang, pero wala!!! hinding-hindi na ako oorder sakanila. Nakakadismaya!!! The way my order is being handled is unacceptable. This is my 4th order and my experience with your delivery has been awful. Every order, my 75 year old father was always asked to pick up the order, regardless of the fact that the delivery was paid for. Now with the recent order I placed. I asked for a reroute on the 21st of January, recognized and accepted by the delivery company. The reroute was to Manila, despite of the acknowledge reroute request, delivery attempts were still done on the old address. Now the items are en route back to the supplier and the agent informed me that the order will be cancelled, meaning I need to again pay 9K just to have a new order delivered. Refund takes at least 6 weeks. It's not right to ask me to purchase again just to have a new order delivered when this is clearly Lazada's and Ninja van's mistake. For the meantime, 2 sick elderly people are without their supplements.

My order was delivered and it was already paid thru lazada wallet. I have received a notification that my order was already delivered. I haven't receive any text or call from the courier asking where is my exact location I just knew that my item was received thru lazada msgng. Shockingly an unrecognizable signature and unknown person received my package. There was no name of the person who got my item. I dont know how and where to get or trace back my item. LEX PH YOU SHOULD HAVE SECURED THE PRODUCT SINCE IT WAS ALREADY PAID AND YOU MUST IMPROVE YOUR SECURITY MEASURES IN TERMS OF DELIVERY. YOU MUST INDICATED THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED AND GOT THE PACKAGE MOST IMPORTANTLY IF THAT PERSON WAS NOT THE EXACT PERSON ON THE SHIPPING DETAILS.

What happened to my order po? Walang update yung status since June 15, june 21 na, 6 days na ang nakalipas still ang nakalagay "Departed From Logistics Facility". Lagpas na din sa estimated time of delivery na dapat June 19 ang last. I contacted lazada costumer care service puro yung programmed cleo lang laging sumasagot. Sobrang naguguluhan po ako kase yung una Entrego yung naghandle, then noong pig check ko naging LBC na, so tinanong ko sa LBC, di daw nila makita order ko, then pig check ko sa Lex Ph doon pala makikita. Saan na po ba talaga? Nagchat din po ako sa page ng Entrego at ito reply nila "Hi, (name). According to our team, the package was returned to merchant. It was refused by our Sortation team due to some reasons. Please contact your merchant. Thanks." Ito po tracking number ko "991000****5054"

Hi, may I know what happened to my refund with the order #207148****31941? Sabi kasi ng customer care nung October 11, may positive feedback na from AliPay at makukuha ko siya within 15 working days at i-uupdate nila ako. Nagfollow up ako kanina thru email to know if there is an update kasi malapit na 'yung 15 days. Then nagreply si Lazada na case closed na raw 'yun eh di pa rin ako narerefund. Can you enlighten me on this? Can you take a look again on this issue? Sobrang inconvenience na kasi. I'm hoping for a response. September 16 'yung transaction hanggang tumawag kayo nang October 5, now it's October 30. Sana wag mawala nang tuluyan 'yung trust ko sa inyo. Thanks!!!

Wow! That's a big amount.

Refund process of Lazada is horrible. Just an advise para di kayo mamurublema sakaling oorder pa kayo sa Lazada, mag COD nalang kayo para in case na i-cancel nila ang order mo wala kang magiging problema sa refund.

Oh btw, mostly mas pricey ang items nila compared sa labas. Ok sana pag sale kasi mura talaga but malimit kina-cancel nila (malamang Lazada empolyees ang bumibili kaya nila kina-cancel order mo, hehehe) and defective ang items (based on my experience) so it's still not worth to buy sale from them.
