Hi good evening lazada i want to ask why some supplier didn't answer the return request immediately i have 2 item that have been order in JhovieFashionShop 2 pcs of elegant ladie watch worth 550 each all of two was defective in just one day of being use it become to fade and I only want is to refund my money through my lazada wallet only to purchase another item because my client didnt want the watches thank you for your consideration

WoW! Amazing that Lazada doesn't own up to this and refund you immediately.
They used Lazada's channels to screw you and Lazada tries to imply that you may not (reality is you 'are not') going to get your money back. It is 199% the fault of Lazada for letting people do this to you using their name. Lazada should file criminal charges against Global Corp to recover the losses. Lazada has MILLIONS while you are just a consumer who was screwed over by LAZADA, Global Corp.
I was screwed by several different (China) stores (missing items which has become the norm) that was just hundreds of Pesos. Fake items. False advertising. You are out tens of thousands.
May God give you the help you need to recover your hard earned money. Maybe we an get a class action lawsuit filed against Lazada and have some worthless lazada business persons jailed for the crimes against the Filipino consumer. If you notice, lazada ph has the most complaints. More than double that of all the other Lazadas combined.
Your experience is truly alarming and i do think somebody needs to look into it very carefully. You may want to try giving the President a look at it. His people will forward it to people that may help you on this. Google: contact office of the president ph You should find the Presidents website.
Look down for: Request for Assistance (Employment, Medical, Housing, Livelihood, Legal, Miscellaneous and Complaint) There will be an email address (pcc@***l...). I have used this and it does help. I think they can point you in the right direction and possibly get the relief you deserve against these crooks! Good luck and may the power of the people rise again against these bad business practices and remove them from harming the Filipino People.
