The item I order should've been delivered any day from September 13-17. It's already September 18, and it is still on logistics facility. It's been there since the 16th of September. Poor service. Very poor service. This is the worst service I had.

Sawang sawa na ako magcomplain wala namang nangyayari. Same lang sinabi ng dalawang nakausap ko sa cs nyo.

Hanggang satsat lang. Pag delivery ganun parin. Jusko bulok na bulok delivery style nyo. Sa totoo lang nula nung magkaemail kayo na notif ayaw na magtxt ng mga riders nyo tinatamad na sila.

Sinasabi nalang nila na sa email magtingin.

Nakakaputang ina. Kailangan magcheck ng magcheck ng email kahit nasa trabaho.

Sobra yung sinigil ng courier!!!! instead na 239 naging 340 ang laki ng difference sa total amount ng item ko!!!! nag take advantage yung courier nyo dahil hindi alam ng kapatid ko yung price which is the receiver since wala ako sa bahay!!!! so dissapointed!!! i need an action !!!!

POOR delivery service

I bought an item in their 9.9 sale event and the tracking page indicated that on Sept 10 the parcel was picked up by LEX PH and on Sept 11, my parcel arrived at the Lazada sorting facility. AFTER THAT NOTHING HAPPENED. I have been waiting since Sept 11 for my order to be delivered but TO THIS DAY IT HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED. I’ve already talked to 5 customer care specialists about my concern but they were of no help. One of them even said that I would be given 100 pesos as compensation for the late delivery but guess what? Nothing was credited to my lazada wallet. I SWEAR THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BUT SOMETHING FROM LAZADA VIA CREDIT CARD. NEXT TIME I’LL ORDER COD, NO DELIVERY, NO PAYMENT, NO PROBLEM. THIS COMPANY HAS SUCH POOR DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER’S BEWARE!!!! Mr Alimurong, CEO of Lazada- you’re an ineffective CEO.
