REFUND OF PHP 3,998 PENDING FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS!!!!

It has been more than 2 months of following up through Lazada Customer Service and numerous emails here and there, until now all CS agents would say the refund is under process, they will follow up with the concern department but cannot guarantee when I can get a refund! I asked for a manager so they can look closely on this issue but no one wants to escalate! I paid for 3 Amazon echo dots and only 1 item was delivered! Cost of 1 echo dot is PHP 1,999. I tried contacting the supplier, US BRAND PH through Lazada webchat but the supplier never read my messages - but was able to sell their products continuously, they even increased the price of the same echo dot from 1,999 to 2,400! Is this a scam?! Today, I received a system generated email from Lazada that the issue has been resolved but where is my refund?!!!! Rhea, Lazada CS agent doesn't have a clue either how to resolve my case and said to allow her to follow-up with the concern department. I have wasted so many hours chatting with CS agents, sending emails back and forth but no one seems to know what the real status of the issue much less care about Lazada consumers. Lazada PH, this is a fraudulent case by one of your sellers. If supplier does not respond and refund, you should be liable because I ordered from Lazada Website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please refund my money ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was here the whole day yesterday and today and yet your status says that the delivery attempt was not successful. Perhaps because it was raining? Please text me when you are delivering. I will have someone wait outside our house so that your delivery man will not miss our place, although before you have succesully and promptly delivered on time always in the same address. Thanks.

I purchased an iphone at the lazada web last may12, 2019 from their seller applePh Inc. Pyment was successful but after two hours the transaction was cancelled due to available stock.. payment was refunded. The worst part is the seller got access to my lazada account and got your personal data and chats with you regrading the aborted sale. Called up and informed me that the item is still available. Offered to send the item but I have to pay thru their designated alledged corporate account. A certain Jaime of chinese accent but speaks in tagalog will address your transaction. He would advise to transfer fundto their account that would later turn to be Karen Gay Perla in bpi a personal account. They advised that item had been shipped but no tracking number had been given. After series of follow up they no longer respond, Situation had been reported to Lazada but they do not commit for any refund as the payment was made directly.

I would like to update the status of my orders. I called Lazada this morning to report the incident and told me that they will fix the problem and so they did.

Now the produccts were deluvered to me as promised. thank you for accommodating my concern and I hope that this will be the last time that it will happen to me.

I waited for my orders to be deliver. i checked from time to time so I would track my orders but today i thought that maybe they will not deliver it today because it's already night but then when I checked the status, I was really surprised that the status was changed to delivered? how come that I wasnt aware of it where I didnt go anywhere today and havent received any message or call from the courier , they even faked my signature. give my ordered items to me, I paid for it! lazada do something.

Parcel not delivered on stated date

I'm new in LAZADA and my experience is not good since I ordered and must be delivered last sept 7 and still haven't received yet and I'm afrraid since my remaining 2 parcel will be delivered as scheduled on sept 15 and im not here on the Philippines by sept 20 since I'm working abroad and this parcel I need to take out with if this happen delayed always so what will happen to my parcel.My first parcel will be managed by LEX PH and saw those comments about it this really give me very much concern on it.please do fast action on this matter esp.me I'm always relying on online shopping.And my first experience here in LAZADA is really not good.hope you will take action on this issue looking forward
