Declared Lost by Delivery partner/delivery Failed but was never really handed over to the couriers branch in the Province

This *** happened for multiple times this July-august. First time. I have three separate orders from China. I keep track of it until it eas declared Handed over to delivery partner. Staffs in the LBC branch and warehouse bear us knows me so im pretty sure if a package is handdd over to them.. I was gonna receive it. Unfortunately for me. Lazada declares it delivery failed and lost by delivery very partner just before it was even handed over to the Courier Branch near us. I contacted the seller and was advised to contact Lazada cuatimer care but the *** wont really help everythings system generated. I was told to reorder cause theres no way i can request for redeliver. I did. For TWO MORE FREAKING TIMES. For the same items. And i end up with the same old stupid Failed Delivery Status. Common Lazada! Whats wrong with you? Fix this horrible service of yours! *** and ive been receiving orders from lazada before and i have an exact address So dont give me that delivery address is wrong excuse.

Courier rude

We got a call from the courier last week asking if we are available on Monday we requested for a Tuesday morning which Lex said yes. But he is now insisting to leave the money in the lobby, even after explaining to him to call me ones he is in front of our door. Please teach your courier manners. This is not the type of service we want to have. He agreed to do it Tuesday morning. If he is available he should have informed us instead of saying "ok" to the schedule we talked about. Rude guy. Very rude.

Received the item now. It turns out our neighbor's maid got it and was handed to me earlier today. Wish LEXPH texts or calls or just give a missed call first and get proper identification before handing out the items to the receiver especially for those already paid through card.

This item (Order #226850****91565) was now marked as Delivered both in the app and site. But I didn't receive that item yet today and no one in my family did either. I also asked our neighbors already and they said no delivery boy/girl came. I didn't receive any call or text from LEX PH either (they usually call/text in advance). There's a signature in proof of delivery by LEX PH (please see attached photo) but that's not ours, I dunno whose signature is that. We hope we're not being scammed since that item was already paid through card. Kindly assist in tracking my order, thank you.

Order #238572****73451 I made an order from the store Promate on Lazada for two items - a promate charging cable and a promate powerbank. The package came, and I opened it but only the charging cable was inside. The powerbank was missing. I talked to one of the agents for Customer Care named Ged, who said I'd be getting an update on my case in 1-2 business days. I spoke with him on wednesday July 17. Today is monday July 22, already passed the 2 business days time frame, still nothing. I also filled out and submitted the form for item return on July 17, to get a refund. I still have not received a refund in my Lazada wallet. I've already made many purchases on Lazada, this is the first time an item was missing from my package.

There was non-delivery of item on my order although tracking says it was delivered. So No, I did not receive my order with tracking AA000438****. Lex PH made a fake signature, that was not my signature. This is my third delivery in a few days time and Lex PH uses one delivery lady (Cristina Suarez) who never asks for your signature during delivery. Her mobile phone cannot be reached as I’ve saved it. 0945207**** I checked with our condo guards and my neighbors - none were left with them. Failed delivery?

One of the worst courier; my ordered item are sitting in their logistics like ducks for 2days and still wasnt been delivered (probably due to weather) that was thursday-friday (sept 12-13) , so i rely on the estimated delivery time which is next week (sept 16-18) then saturday (sept 14) they delivered it without notification or anything, then they would call and all when im at meeting like they would want me to go home just to recieve the parcel; and in that moment they will send me the sms message notification that they should have sent me from the start to avoid all of this. The most irriting thing is that it was marked that 'customer rejects at doorstep'. Just find this so unprofessional.

Lies about trying to deliver

Spent allot of money with this company,rebuilding a new life in the Philippines from USA.They used to be great.,Two months ago their main delivery partner Ninjavan,started going down the toilet,lying about not being able to deliver and returning merchandise,lying about coming to deliver,lying about me calling them to reschedule,I've sat here for week to have my last 6 orders not come,be returned,or destroyed.Torn packages,dirty,things falling outcoojwd in the hot sun,uck.Ive called customer service,and if there is a more worthless group anywhere I've never found them.I even put NO NINJAVAN on my shipping address everywhere I could,and guess what it's shipped Ninjavan.They will put Lazada out of business if any competition uses any other shipper.
