I concur. Lazada Team and Customer Service are useless.

They are not helpful.

Our complains are nothing but a "rejected rubber stamp" by the Lazada Team and Customer Service. Lazada should be investigated on their practices of scamming and putting blocks to their customers.

I am pissed off that Lazada has again assigned my last order to LBC. Don't you ever learn? I told you before even through a live agent that LBC Baguio-Benguet doesn't deliver to Baguio and Benguet. They only deliver within the convenient addreeses in the Baguio area. Pag minsan, oo they do deliver kung maraming naipon na parcels addressed to Itogon or pag tinopak sila. I'm quite sure my parcel may not get delivered. I may as well reorder immediately and if they do deliver by some miracle i will definitely refuse it. I already told you to hand over all of my parcels to ninja van and ninja van alone so i at least would have the best assurance that my parcel will get delivered. Pls consult the areas covered by a courier before you assign them a parcel. Ito namang LBC na to tanggap nang tanggap with full knowledge that my address is out of their coverage area. sino ba naman ang di magagalit,bayad mo na thru gcash since monday dahil nga may papromo tong si gcash na cyber mondeals kuno,di umorder ako gamit 2accts only to find out na delivered na daw ang order ko pero wala naman nagdeliver yesterday! pinirmahan pa ng hinayupak na delivery man,i tried complaining sa lazada cs pero wala pang matinong sagot sakin,so pano na yung order ko,parang nagpamigay lang ako ng libre,sana lang LAZADA may info kung sino yung nagdedeliver kagaya sa shopee,makikita mo yung name ng rider para may proof,kaya ang daming gumagawa ng anomaly lalo na sa non cod kasi kung sinu-sino ang nagdedeliver.. sana maaksyunan nyo to! 2 orders same person ang nagdeliver at nagreceive ng packages ko.. imbyerna ano ginawa nya sa sabon ko sa valentines day!

24-48 Hours Refund FRAUD

I have had enough of this. Usual refund as per their website takes only 24-48 hours to be reflected in your lazada wallet. My coworker received an item in my absence. To my shock it was empty. So i returned item to lazada and package was received last May 9. So if everything goes right i could expect my refund on May 11. NOPE. Up to this day after constant emails and phone conversations with lazada customer care. They have given me same feedback saying this is escalated to their refunds team. They have no transparencies from their refunds team. Can't give assurance or commitment date to customers. Lacks proper escalation. Should i file complaint to DTI?

Look here its simpel some body take the charger and the tablet on the way to my house out the box. By opening box no tablet no charger.

After 66 days the say no refund.????????????????????.

They're send again a mail why not yet getting the mail. Thats become a consumer lawyer.
