Not texting or calling the client prior to the delivery. I was in the office the whole day of the delivery date.

I requested to redeliver my item but dint receive any update.

My item was eventually returned to the seller. Now, I am waiting for my other order and it is under the same courier and im afraid i will experience it again.

I received an email at 2243H march 28 that my package was delivered but I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING! I checked my lazada account and tracked my package, it says it was delivered at 1638H march 28, i did not receive a text regarding my package was delivered which they usually do when they are delivering a package to me. I also saw the proof of delivery and i do not recognize the signature. I asked my family members in my house but they did not receive anything as well. Please contact me 0905428****

For the first attempt. It wasnt delivered last april 1st . So They called yesterday to verify my number and address. They just asked me to keep my line open! I didnt receive a call or even text and now you are saying that my it wasnt delivered again? Seriously? Please do an action for this!

I want the orders under my credit card be cancelled

Today, April 4 2019, I received a fraudulent call from someone who claimed to be from my issuing bank. She took my personal details and used my card for purchasing in Lazada amounting to P20,400 I immediately called my bank to block my card and the representative confirmed that there is a floating amount of P20,400 for Lazada. I already filed for dispute even the amount is not billed to me yet. Now, I'd like to cancel the orders in Lazada which used my credit card. This is to prevent charging the amount to my card. My problem is that, I have no order number/reference number that I could present to lazada since I was not the person who made the order. They just used my card. It's frustrating to report to the customer service hotline/chat because they require those information. I already messaged Lazada through their twitter @asklazadaph no response

I have order vacuum cleaner 3 times now and it's been fail in delivery 3 times. No text or nothing and today after first delivery attempt of the last order it's return to sender. Maybe shall order 10 diffrent and hope that I will get 1 deliverd.

My product actually came earlier than expected. Kaso, yung delivery guy masyado nagmamadali. na pagka abot nya sa akin nung sukli ay umalis sya kaagad habang binibilang ko pa. Then when i realized na kulang ng 100 pesos yung sukli nya i tried to look for him sa area kaso wala na sya.

Disappointments and Unresponsive Customer Service

Hi Lazada! Yesterday, I placed an order and paid through my credit card and nacharge naman ako immediately nung RCBC. The problem is the item remained on processing stage at hindi nagreflect na nabayaran ko na. Ganun siya for an hour hanggang macancel 'yung item pero nabayaran ko na siya. I have evidence to prove that. Now, I dialed the hotline, 'yung nasa site n'yo. Sabi, wait for a short while and naghintay ako ng 6 minutes, walang sumasagot so I decided na i-end na 'yung call. I thought may agent na kasi it's already 9am. I hope you can reply to this. Please. I hope you could help. I just wanna know what really happened and the next step I can make.

Nakita ko sa account ko na for delivery na yung 3 sets of Tylex keyboard with mouse. Kahit walang text or call mula sa LEX PH couriers, naghintay pa rin ako. Noong 9PM, nagsend ang LAZADA ng text saying unsuccessful daw ang delivery. Nagfill up ako ng online form para sa delivery right after na matangap ko ung text ng LAZADA. That was Dec.19. Then check ko ang email ko, wala silang reply. Checked ko ang tracking tool ng LEX PH, tuloy tuloy pa rin ang processing nla ng parcel ko hanggang sa imarked nila ng FAILED DELIVERY. Dec.19, maghapon akong nag abang, 3 sa kapit-bahay ko ay may delivery. Nasaan ung saken,BERNARD CASCANTE?! Tinamad ka ba, o naligaw ka sa daan?

I have been waiting for my items to be delivered. I was expecting it yesterday, April 8, 2019. I've ordered a lot of items from Lazada previously and would have it delivered to my office address. All of those items were delivered to me on time except this one. I am worried because this is the first time I purchased items overseas. Well, I asked our lobby guard if someon from Lazada made the delivery yesterday and they said there was none. I am confident with our lobby guards that they notify us immediately whenever there is a delivery for us. I checked thru my apps about its status, to my surprise it says DELIVERED, attached is a scribbled looking signature.
