Lazada Philippines - Tracking number problem
nasa picture na po yung inorder ko. So the estimated time delivery is april 16-25 daw. but the problem is yung tracking number. Nilagay ko yung tracking number sa website ng Cargo King to know the status but it states that the tracking number not found. Lazada please help po. thanks

After 3 months, Lazada finally gave me a refund. They reversed the payment back to my credit card account.

I returned 3 boxes of dolce gusto on Feb 22, 2018 since it was going to expire within a week. UNTIL NOW, THEY NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND. The website claims it takes 3-5 days to evaluate the refund but its ALMOST 3 MONTHS. Already did the live chat more than 5 times, I get the same generic "we've escalated this blah blah" because up to now, THE WAREHOUSE HASN'T EVALUATED IT YET. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. ITS LIKE LAZADA HOPES YOU WILL FORGET ABOUT THE REFUND AND THEY GET TO KEEP THE MONEY. I WON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LAZADA AGAIN, SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR A BIG COMPANY. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN DTI ABOUT THIS; I AM PRETTY SURE THIS IS ILLEGAL AND HAS HAPPENED TO MANY CUSTOMERS.

Cancellation Without Prior Notice "System Issue"

I have bought Maybelline New York products and have availed of their Birthday Sale so I got huge discounts for it. (Order # 201233****21940) So the order was made on April 25th of 2018 and then on the 10th of May, a text message was sent to me that the refund for my order has been processed. I was surprised because I didn't cancel my order. And so I check my account and found out that my order was cancelled, without them notifying me. I tried to chat their Customer Care and they apologized for the inconvenience, and CC further said that it was a "System Issue". So I asked how can they compensate me for that since they have caused me inconvenience, he further instructed me to check on an "apology voucher". When I checked it, it's only a 200-peso worth of voucher. And they said that they can no longer do anything about it since Maybelline (official store) was the one that made the sale vouchers on their Birthday Sale. And when I look at the prices of my purchases now, it almost doubles the price they had when they were on sale. I clarified once again, if the "System Issue" is on the part of Lazada and the CC said it was. So I pointed out that Maybelline is not the one at fault here, LAzada is the "middle man" therefore Lazada has the responsibility to compensate the customer, but still they apologized and insisted that they cannot do anything about it and the cancelled orders can no longer be returned. It is just insulting to the customer that you had caused inconvenience for your "System Issue" to compensate with just 200 pesos worth of "apology voucher". Really? that's the price of your apology? It was so unfair. I patiently waited for their Birthday Sale, I ordered within the selling period. I already paid with my card. I waited for my purchase even if the wait is so long (April25-May10) and then they will end up cancelling it? Lazada is not at all "Pro Customer".

2 months ko na yung order ko since nireturn ko due to defects. Nakuha ko naman yung return code at tracking for lazada. Unfortunately sabi sa counter di na nagrereflect yung tracking number. Humingi daw ulit ako ng return code. Because 3 days lang maeexpired na agad yung code. Wala nalang kasing advice or reminder yung call center ng lazada about sa until when pwede magamit yung code.Sad

i ordered a phone last Wednesday using a COD payment method, and i received my package yesterday, voila! 3 pcs of rocks! i dont know if it is the seller's problem or the courier's. i've read the profile of that seller and there's like 3-4 incidents like mine. i am expecting a new phone!..not rocks! parang pinipilit pa ako nung courier na magbayad ako at sila daw ang mananagot kung binuksan ko at di ako nagbayad, PWE! harap harapan na akong niloloko tapos magbabayad pa ako? what if, i used my card instead of the COD method? eh di sobrang abala?! ako pa malamang ang maghahabol para mapatunayan kong MGA BATO ANG NATANGAP KO? ewan ko ba kung tama na ako pa yung gumawa ng incident letter nila

Humiliating, embarassing

June 2 someone called me and said that they are going to deliver my order and I told him that I did not order anything ang told him to cancel. however, they still delivered the item on June 4 while Im still sleeping. My helper paid and received the item amounting to P2048.00 I called Lazada hotline and I was informed that the item delivered cannot be returned because it is a VIBRATOR. I was so embarass because my helper left the items (2 packages) in the kitchen table. we have visitors at home who saw it. I was extremely mad about this incident not only about the money but the humiliation it brought. my husband who was as mad as I am talked at the customer hotline but no resolution yet. I did not reprimand my helper because I know she dont have any bad intentions and undertands her limitations but she was crying a lot because of the incident. i dont know clearly where to address this kind of complaint.
