WRONG COLOR OF ITEM, AND IRESPOSIBLE WAREHOUSE

They gave me wrong color twice, defect item twice. And I returned my order, they received already and my item didnt back to me for 3 weeks. They Customer Service Representative told me that they have bulk tickets that's why my item still pending. They are always promised and bought time with me and nothings happen. I am so disappointed with this, LAZADA should do something they promised 1 to 2 banking days and yet there is no action. ware house team should double work on it. Next week it would be my item Monthsarry with them. Hoping for an action on this complain. Thank you

Consumer's Disappointment to Lazada

I ordered a two way hand radio with a free wire mic. Then yung company nag bigay ng time frame na til 19-21 of march, but nabigo sila.. Then they made another promise na time frame 22-26( which is today) grabe.. Hanggang ngayon wala parin? Grabe nman kayo .

Ang item na return hindi pa dumating. Sobrang tagal na

Nakakainis na talaga. My order # 37981****. Ace TV ito 32". Please check it. I placed that order last November 07, 2017. Wala pang isang buwan biglang nablack screen kaya nireturn ko. January binalik sa akin sabi ok na pero nung pag open puro green ang screen kaya return ko I'll kasi defective pa rin. I think more than 10 times na ako nagfollow through chat sa inyu puro lang gagawan ng paraan pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin nangyari. Sayang oras ko ka pafollow Up. Kakainis!!!

Order# 393129****. Nag-order friend ko ng acer iconia worth almost 8k noong march 2, at sa address ko ishiship.

Pero upon checking his order, mali pala, so tumawag ako sa lazada ng march 3, since lagpas n ng 6 hrs. Kaya di na macacancel, pero iko-coordinate daw nila s tamang department para ma-infom na i-cancel na yung item pro may chance daw na ma-shift pa s adress ko. So march 6 dumating nga yung order ko pero nirefused ko na ireceive, so since then followup ako ng follow up s mga live chat agent if kamusta naman refund ko, but everytime i give my order # ang nakikita nila is di pa naka-cancel yung item, sabi nila 1-2 days iinform nila c lazada para ma-cancel na , pero hanggang ngayon march 14 na di pa rin cancel yung item ko kaya wala pa din akong refund. 1-2 days, anong petsa na po.

Na-disappoint ako s tagal n namin costumer s lazada, palpak talaga refund nila, kahit voucher sana ang ipalit nila, pero wala talaga!

Akala tuloy nung friend ko niloko ko cia kc hanggang ngayun wala p din refund.. gising naman lazada, paaksyon naman!

I been talking to Lazada Philippines chat support for our order 39358****. And the very last agent naming CHIARA is not listening. She even close the chat room while my typing. She need to be taken out of that job.and refund is being process very slow. Been waiting for it since 22dec.2017.

Received my package but nothing is inside

December 18,2017 i pick up my package at Lbc Bangued then as to my surprise the watch that i ordered was not inside. My co workers were also shocked for they are present when i am opening the box. I hurriedly called the lbc personnel who gaved me the parcel and told him what happened but he told me to e-mail lazada. I contacted lazada hotline but they just keep me hanging coz there are no representative available everytime i call. I called them 3-4 times. I tried their live chat but to my dismay still no representative availabe. I managed my order for return-refund but i couldnt coz it still states there that my order is still shipping where in fact i already claimed it 4 days ago. I hope the DTI take actions to these concerns. I wasted my money for nothing. Lazada couldnt be trusted.

i really don’t know, if the DTI is aware of the Lazada’s rules of no open, no checking policy, even if your buying a bigger item, and it cost a not so small amount of money... if you will not agree of their rules...

they will not deliver your order.... this is absurd, you will pay the courier but they don’t want you to open and check first your ordered item.

I ordered an Ace 32 Led TV .. Very upset right now! My refund is not yet here! Kasalanan nyo nanga pero ako ang nagsusuffer! Nagtext sila sakin na andto na daw sila sa amin. Since I am at work, i told them to look for my father. Sinabi kona many times, umaga palang ng nagtext sila. tapos nagtext sila mga 5pm na andto na daw sila sa bahay. Puntahan ko daw! Like wtf? Nasa work pako, sinabi kona maaga palang. Ilang beses ko inulit na hanapin father ko pero pagdating ko dito sa bahay wala parin ung delivery! Kaya ayan nacancel na! Mahirap ba intindhin na hanapin ung tao?! Akala koba door to door delivery. Eh parang hindi naman! Nakakadisappoint na! MAGPAPASKO NA! IBALIK NYO PERA KO!

This is by far the worse site ever. I ordered a product and it went through as unsuccessful. However, they stated that "No money has been deducted by Lazada from your payment card account; your issuing bank may have set a reserve equal to the total amount. Your issuing bank will reverse the reserve anywhere from 5 to 15 days depending on their policy. The reversal may be reflected in your next billing cycle. Kindly contact your bank for more details." it doesn't make sense that I still have to wait 5-15 days?! I would not recommend this site to anyone. I am not sure how they are still in business. I am very disappointed! They have so much things on there. They need to work on their process and company. I can see with other reviews that they do not have that many satisfied customers. I recommend to order from elsewhere if you have a chance!!

Caveat New Buyers! Lazada is on the prowl for new and unsuspecting customers.

The Lazada slogan is "effortless shopping" however this marketing propoganda is 100% disingenuous to say the least.

They know the banking policy of 15 to 45 days and they use it to your disadvantage because of the unnecessary and extended length of wait time. And as your problems with them grows in intensity the worse customer service becomes! Their policies don't make much sense and the worst part is they indoctrinate their staff to continually vomit off the wall policies to their customers in an attempt to give false and misleading excuses and reasons why they fail to provide real customer service and satisfaction.

Simply put they're just another so called company designed to help bankrupt the average person with unnecessary excuses that lead to unprofitable and undesirable circumstances that could easily be avoided with a little common sense and accountability. RIP Lazada.

last january 30 i have ordered nary couple watch with free wardrobe and couple ring and this Feb 2 i receive a txt message from LBC that i can get my order to the nearest LBC outlet near in our home and bring an exact amount.i give my time to go to the LBC office..I get my order and pay the amount P828.10,i receive 1 box only expecting that all my order is in that box when I go home ang open the box i only receive the free item that is wardrobe without the nary couple watch and also the couple ring.I cannot report it emmidiately because i decided to check first the LBC but the on duty employee of LBC advice me to report it in your office because they only receive 1 box

Nakakapikon kayo 3 times na ako nagbabalik ng order ko tapos matatanggap ko ngayon may damage pa din mga sira ba mga mata niyo at hindi niyo nakikita kong may damage o wala ang item na dinedeliver niyo sa halagang 403 manloloko kayo ng tao sira ba mga ulo niyo at kung ano sinasauli ko yon din ibabalik niyo gusto niyo ng mag saulian nalang tayo ng items pwes pag sinauli ko ang item ngaun at pag bumalik sa akin ng sira pa ipapa TULFO ko kayo mga manloloko kayo maliit na pera lang magagawa niyo pa mangloko ng tao!!!!!!!

Ripped Me Off For Php4000

Paid cash on delivery for a brand new Seagate 2TB data storage unit that is defective (only had 129 MB storage!!). Unfortunately, I didn't check it out until the delivery guy disappeared with my money. Now after pleading with them to do the right thing for three weeks, Lazada won't refund or replace this totally useless device, even though they promised to do one or the other. I wish I would have recorded the numerous phone calls to their lousy customer service promising to make things right! They are liars and thieves, and I will never buy anything from them ever again! I recommend you buy from a reputable store- not from Lazada!

I have the same issue, nagorder ako Feb 28 and the next day nakalagay ay Shipped na, so ineexpect ko the next day andito na yung item, and usually namin talaga 2-3 days lang dumadating na agad yung item, pero ngayon March 09 na wala parin yung item, and nag chat ako sa kanilang Chat Support kaso hindi pa tapos ang conversation eh pinutol na agad ng agent yung Conversation namin kahit may pending question pa ako and talagang hinihintay ko yung answer nya. Tapos nag research ako madami na palang complain sa Lazada regarding sa XDE courier nila na mabagal mag deliver so it means alam na ng Lazada na mabagal ang XDE pero hidni parin nila inaalis sa list nila.Here's my Order#: 31923****

I have the exact same complaint, ordered on 10th Feb 2018, item was in stock and not International, tracking said it was received at San Fernando (Pampanga) warehouse on 13th Feb 2018, despite numerous complaints to Lazada, the seller, and the couriers, as of 1st march no delivery has been made, it's B/S Lazada do not care about customers, they even don't allow you to cancel the order once it has been processed.

Very very frustrating. Don't know how they call it effortless shopping.

Placed my order 8 Feb and until now 3 March, the item is still undelivered.

Do I need to wait for the season of Lent to have my item in my hand? Never never to do business again with Lazada.

THIS IS AN ESCALATION!!! Please follow up and RESOLVE this problem. Order# 32341****...I've been calling 6 times already, and no one had helped me. Im asking for the refund bec ive been waiting almost a month for this package to arrive. Please be mindful of the INTEGRITY of your customer service representives which even gave me a fake Employee no. The last person I spoke with was NICHOLAS that didnt disclose his Emp# from ORTIGAS SITE, a Supervisor whom didnt help me either. They gave me false hope and information regarding my order. The Supervisor put me ON HOLD for almost 2hrs..Refreshing the hold bec I told him that he should not put me on hold for more than 2mins. KINDLY INVESTIGATE ON THAT SUPERVISOR..HE'S NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE NOR AS TO REPRESENT LAZADA. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND!!! And i will never do business with LAZADA again..I will spread this incident.
