I ordered two buy 1 take 1 pillow at Juicy store and pay lazada walltet but i canceled because i want to combine another order and they refunded i looked in the tracking December 23,2023, the said wait for 24 hours But until now i always look the money still not transfer at my lazada wallet you still not send it in my bank please refund at my lazada wallet please refund my money i need it its a total of 698.12 i will waiting. I Requested for a return for refund last dec and was scheduled to be pick up by 27th of dec however until yesterday i was waiting for the courier to pick up my return i just received an email that my retuen has been rejected well in fact that i even ask the seller if they can do follow up to Lazada for my return to be pick up since i've been waiting for the courier since 27th of dec and they keep on saying to wait , they are selling items that is not advertised and scamming purchasers. This Lazada and Shopee are always in favor of these scam sellers

I keep on trying to communicate to your chat bot support and it is not really uselful since i cannot connect with a live representative, not everyone has an access to a landline nowadays if you only have a hotline that is really accesible such as mobile number it could've been much easier for us to reach out your customer service, isnt that make sense?

THE PROBLEM IS SOMEONE WHOEVER USES MY ACCOUNT IN GCASH TO.PAY AN ONLINE PAYMENT in LAZADA. I WANT YOU TO TRACE WHAT HE/SHE ALL SUCCESSFULLY PAYED THROUGH MY GCASH # 0977750**** WITH MY NAME KEREN SUBRADO YESTERDAY IN THE MORNING.

I REALLY NEED MY MONEY BACK. ITS TOTAL COST 6000 PESOS. I KNOW YOU HAVE ITS RECOrd of the transaction too in Lazada PH and the screenshots of the transactions is able to trace who is the one use it. Don't tell me its an authorized transactions because difinitely its not..Its not for Lazada or any online shopping platform that money for..I hope I get a better responds and refunds.

That 6000 is worth a life if you know what it means. I need to wait , yes, I may but I don't accept you can do nothing.

You should trace it and find this culprit. You better help me LAZADA PH.

They cannot be reached. They're using a chat bot to answer your questions and it's a waste of time to reqyest for a human customer representative. I returned the item back to the seller and it has been confirmed that it was delivered successfully. However, something wrong with the seller's end in which lazada's app is not updating the returned item's status to delivered. I've been dealing with this for more than 2 weeks now. Their page on Facebook isn't manned at all. They won't read your message. Such a pain

I contacted their hotline and it cant be contacted, only answering machine. They are not meant to help customers.Dont buy via lazada.
