Lazada Philippines - Order was not delivered, 1 week past due to estinated time of delivery
I place an order last june 3 for a real me 3 cellphone. The estimated time of delivery was june 04 to june 08. But as of now its already 1 week delayed but until now the package/parcel has not delivered. I tracked my item everyday but still there is no progress. As it is updated last june 06 that it is still in lex logistic. Said the courier estimated delivery time was june 10 to 15. If my parcel/package wont arrive until that day im not gonna pay or get it anymore. Plus their customer service sucks. Tried live chat but to no avail it doesnt answer customer questions or complains. Its fully automated.

Lazada Philippines in Santa Cruz, Calabarzon - Furious with Seller Liliang No1 Shop
I asked this seller Liliang No1 Shop if the shoes that I wanted is available. She said YES. So I went on placing my order and paid. After a day or two, the status said it is already for shipping. However, just about a week later, the seller said my order isnt available and made me choose another shoe so I asked her to cancel my order but just ignored my message. I need help to get my money back and report this seller who is displaying shoes for sale, saying its available, then after you paid, will just let you know that they really dont have the shoes that you want. Can you just please help me refund my money?

Lazada Philippines - LEX is a liar and a cheat
This is the worst con artist company in the world. I place an order through Lazada and I was quoted 50 peso. I ordered 4 small items from one supplier and the order number with Lazada was under one number. LEX made 4 different deliveries under this one order and charged me 4 different times at 3 times the amount I was quoted when I made my purchase with Lazada. I ended up paying 450.00 peso instead of the 50 pesos I was quoted. Only in the Philippines can a company get away with this kind of crap. LEX sucks and should be help responsible for this form of robbery.
Lazada Philippines - No lunch box only the free bag
I got the item today but it came yesterday received by my co-worker and its happen that there’s no stainless lunch box,only the free bag but it’s indicates that it should have a lunch box as its shown on the 1st picture but I received is in the 2nd picture which is also indicate in the description that stick on the plastic...pls do something about it cuz its my 1st time to experience this...tnx
