Lazada Philippines - LBC Refund
There was a problem activating e-wallet because there is no sms code receive to my phone. Customer support agent Anjenette last april 23, suggested to add a moblie no. to my Lazada acount. Doing so it directed me to go to my email address for security code and from april 23 to may 21, I NEVER RECEIVED the code on my email. In view of this, various chat agent Ludelia, Sarah Lee, Kristene, Orly, Claudine, Mvev from April 23- May 20, every each one of them says " wait for 24-48 hrs. for messages from REFUND TEAM. Can i still get my money back order no. 226944865126131

May 20, 2019: tracking no. SO0030711593 sabi po, failed to deliver, wala man lang pong tumawag, tama naman ung number ko, may chance po ba na ipadala ulit ung item?
Lazada Philippines - Order# 230985327728861 Undelivered
I ordered 2 bags and paid thru Lazada Wallet but the system still showed UNPAID, therefore no order was processed for delivery. Chat with Cleo, message the Customer service and sad to say I could not get accurate information regarding the and order. Asked them to check and investigate, attached payment receipt and other documents for their reference but still no updates.
Lazada Philippines - PAID Order# 230985327728861 (UNDELIVERED)
I placed and paid thru Lazada Wallet my order for 2 bags (attached payment receipts) and unfortunately the system still showed unpaid, chat with the customer service, send messages with customer service, send emails and sad to say there was no accurate information on the order status. Chat with the seller and informed me also no Order to process/pack. I am FED up doing follow ups as I could not get a good response, instead to help they are giving tel #, email ad, etc for me to report my complaint. Thank you and I hope this email would help me with my concern/issue on the above order.
Lazada Philippines - Unrelieved Item
Ang Sabi Ng system delivered n daw at may pumirma pa sa order ko. Pero wala akong natatanggap. Nag email na upon delivery, pero walang tawag or txt na nasa bahay na sya. Nagukat nlng ako delivered na Yung item ko. Paano nangyari yun when we check our CCTV wala nmng nag deliver SA akin. Please help me to bring back my item or my money. Thank you.
