2Go stole my Package I ordered a bag wrislet for my wife in The Philippines.Im Canadian, the packages never arrived I tried to track it online but it said they returned it but 2Go never contacted my wife they let sit on the shelf for 3 days without delivering it or contacting my wife now the package is missing. I have lazada app in my ipad because i always check on your sales and it has alreade autofill up forms. Later that my brother used the ipad and i know he's the only one used it tonight 01/30/15 . Delivery vehicle of Lazada damaged my properties!!!

Your delivery van that will deliver my sisters ordered laptop bumped my car that pushed my car towards the gate of my house. The gate was detached from the post and worst my car's front and back bumper needs to be replace. Lazada should act about this incident since the driver is not sure if he can settle all the estimated damage to my properties. Lazada should coordinate this to the driver. I am waiting for Lazada's feedback until now, they told me they will call back. If the driver could not settle the damage then I will file a case of reckless imprudence resulting to damage of properties. Since the item my sister bought you is fully paid, you should send the item via LBC or To Go courier, unlike this Lazada Express delivery, the delivery van is not insured. I don't know who to talk to Lazada Express.

I will cancel my order because i dont have some money to pay my order and i have some problem about my family. Cause my husband dont have enough salary. And we have four kids attending in the school. We have to pay water and some fares for my children that's why i cancel my order. Cause we cant afford to pay my order. I was looking for a new smart phone and I happened to stumble upon lazada's "NEW ARRIVAL" for the phone. I have had already numerous problems in dealing with them in the past so I emailed them asking if the item was indeed in stock. They assured me that once the item was listed on their page they would have a stock of it. I was apprehensive at first since there was no option for cash on delivery for the item. So I opted for a bank transfer. After 5 days, they cancelled my order without even notifying me and informed me that the item is no longer in stock and that their supplier would not be stocking up on the item again. as and they said that it would take 45 days to refund my money. HOLY *** ***. To add insult to injury they wanted me to answer a *** survey for how they handled my problem. WTF! I am done doing business with their company, I hope they crash and burn to the ground. Every single one of their CS reps are idiots and ***.

Freak you Lazada.

I spent hours and hours searching for items as present for my kids.

I even slept late because of that. I placed that order last night. And, today, I was just curious I re-checked the status just to find out that it was canceled. WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!!!

I also had the same issue with Lazada. I am already drafting my complaint to DTI and as i was browsinf through this website, I saw that I am not the only one who experienced such poor service from Lazada.

Defective fukuda smart Box

When it arrived i was very happy. So i started using it then the device just suddenly turn off by itself and i can't turn it anymore that why i returned the item. after a week not news about my return. so i sent some emails and got a reply that they want 3 weeks for checking. they should just replace asap. i was planing to buy an additional but how can i with this kind of business attitude. my real worry is that they will not replace and blame me for the defect. what happen to Lazada buyer protection guarantee.
