We ordered to in your shop and when the day we received we already inform that the item is damaged it's been 3 days nothing happen.. we already click the refund then drop off from LBC but LBc did not accept the item as they ask as to put a plywood bubble wrap and card board. It's really a waste of time to.us.

Hi, it has been more than 15 banking days since my refund from a canceled ordered, but there is no amount of cash was reflected in my bank and Lazada Wallet.

I have been contacting the costumer care since, they say it will 100% refunded for 5-15 banking days.

I hope you can refund it so as early as possible or I am taking legal action for Fraud with this.

Sad i will report DAVID, EDWARD SALUNGA AND HIS BUSINESS PARTNER 3 months ago AND UNTIL NOW. i order bike in lazada one of the best bike thats why i trust the seller no on what happen. I contact the seller theough chat in lazada messenger ang the next is we communicate on viber messenger. Forst payment isend 5000 peaoa for downpayment and the next day he again to full payment the item that they can deliver , i make again payment for worth 7200 to full payment the item because the prize of my item is 12000. Isend the money that they ask through G-cash. After they reveiwe my payment they ask me again payment for costum charge in this payment they said to me that they refund this to me so i make again payment for worth 5000 pesos. After this they ask again payment for "elle fee" so i make again 7200 i send it again through gcash, after this they ask again final shipping so they ask again to me to pay again worth of 13500, they said to me again it was refundable so i pay again 13500, that is for LBC trucking number, after i make that 13500 he ask again 5000 to me for shipping, and the item still not arriving then after this this we will now deliver the item so please make the 10000 pesos in this im th8nking because my money start to loose so because of igerness to get my bike i make again 10000 and after this payment still they di d8nt del8ver my bike, now i ask them to refund my money and they said i will make a payment again 5000 to refund the money. Now please help me to find this seller and refund my money i already report to RTIA this happened. I hope and i wait for you feedback i need the money for my wedding help me to refund please. I ordered Samsung RS542NCAESL 19.6 cu.ft Side by Side Digital Inverter Refrigerator(1 DAY SALE) in Robinsons Appliance Inc.. I payed it through my credit card RCBC but they refunded it.

Now someone called me from Lazada saying that my item is ready to ship but the problem is my payment has been refunded due to reason that the seller failed to fulfill my order on time. Now someone named Ryan called saying he's a representative of Lazada. He's number is +639 30 2** **61. He told me that in order to process my order, I have to pay.

A customer service sent me a message in Lazada and told me the process on how to pay my order. He sent a barcode of 7/11 to process my payment. The amount that I need to pay is Php 15,499. When I already sent my payment I called him to send my receipt of purchase.

He said yes right away ma'am. I keep on waiting but I did not receive any proof of payment. He said that my order will be delivered today (November 5, 2020). I called again to update my order but he's not answering anymore.

Please do something about this. Php 15,499 is a huge amount.

Please I'm begging. I don't know if this is a scam.

Ang ginagawa ng mga scammer, pagbinayad na sa lazada app through credit card.. i-rerefund nila dahil wala silang tunay na account sa lazada.

Tapos kunyari kokontakin ka para papabayarin ka outside of lazada katulad ng mga 7-11 kiosk, gcash o iba.

Di mo na mahabol kapag binayad mo na. Dapat sa mga ganyan hinuhuli para matauhan.

Wag na wag po kayong maniniwala sa mga seller na nagpapabayad outside of lazada app. No transaction should be made outside of lazada app at makikita nyo mga post kung may comment o wala; kung walang comment at ung price medyo too good to be true, scam yan.

Mag-iingat kayo may mga scam dyan. Nangyari din sa akin yan at nagbayad din ako sa 7-11 dati para sa isang cellphone.

Scam yan. Wala ka nang magagawa pwera na lang kung mahanap ung scammer.

Please make sure that the delivery pushes through as promised. Otherwise, we will file a complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry. More so, we will post this on the social media and get LAZADA CONSUMERS be aware of such SCAM.

Reporting this matter to Mr. Raffy TULFO could be our option so we can conduct discovery of our consumer rights.

I am disgusted that it has to come to this.
