DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND CANCELLATION IS TAKING TIME

I made a follow up for 3 weeks, and I am only getting the same response from customer support. As what i understand, escalation should be prioritized. Then what happened with that 3 weeks time frame? Nothing? Just tell me if you lost the item so u can cancel and do the refund right away. Hindi yung ginagago nyo ang customers nyo. Lazada is giving so much stress sa customers. Akala nila tinatae lang ang pera. I requested for cancellation on the third week kasi wala kwenta lang yung reply ng mga cs, auto reply sila. Same lang sinsabi. Copy paste. One cs told me it will take 3 working days to process the cancellation. Pero after 3 days wala din. So paano ba mag escalate kung ang nakakausap lang ay mga cs na wala naman alam kung paano iresolve ang issue. Mas mabuti pa ang shopee. Wala ka maasahan sa Lazada pagdating sa problema ganito.

lazada philippines, ive been making follow ups on the cancellation since august 17. I was told only 24-48 hrs to resolve this.

Why is there no updates yet? Whats the reason for the delay? It is very exhausting and stressful as theres no way to escalate my concern. A lot of customer representatives I talked to are saying the same thing that it will tagged as urgent.

Do you know the meaning of urgent??

Coz if so, why is this not being prioritized? I need my money back to buy the item in replaced of the order that i was not able to receive because of your bad service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The order was delivered the following day (today). I asked why the delivery was tagged as completed yesterday when I still haven't received the item and the courier said they have many deliveries yesterday and can only make 1 contact attempt and if recepient cannot respond immediately then they had to move on to the next delivery, afterwhich they will squeeze in their "completed" deliveries when their schedule isn't loaded..

The order was delivered the next day (today). I asked why the order status was tagged as completed when I still haven't received my order and the courier explained that they had many deliveries yesterday and can only make 1 contact attempt and if the recepient cannot...

I got a notification that says my order #312765****84611 with tracking number MP000755**** has been delivered but I didn't receive it and did not receive any text message from the courier about the delivery. We checked our CCTV and it appears the courier attempted to call me but the call did not go through and he simply packed my order and left without even attempting to knock on the gate.

The signal in my apartment is weak and calls may not go through at all times, so I actually prefer if couriers would text me as I receive text messages albeit delayed by a minute or 2. But in any case no one accepted the item so it shouldn't be flagged as delivered successfully with a suspicious signature.

See the proof yourselves. This order has already been paid by the way.

User's recommendation: Make sure the courier has exhausted all options and not just rely on phone calls. Text messages and physical attempt to ring the doorbell or knock on the gate/door should be part of the protocol.

I want to refund my money or resend my orders in the address that I provided below

I am worried for my orders that I really wanted to be in my hands on the 2nd week of May. Unfortunately the address that I provided was double because it couldn't erase and change the other details so I accidentally check out which is I paid already through G-cash. Now, the parcels are messaging me and delivering my orders in the wrong municipality. I am now residing at Lamud brgy 6, Coron, Palawan. I provided the right area code which is 5316, that should be the strong basis before they will decide to deliver in the area. I ordered Marantz RS5015 AV Receiver &; Polk Audio Speaker RTi A7 on 23rd October 2020 and estimated delivery date was 28-29 Oct. 2020. The speaker was delivered on 31st Oct. in good condition but the AV receiver was not arrived. I tried to check Tracking No. provided #981000****1316 however it cannot be found in the system. I contacted the seller Audio Excellence and they informed me that they already sent out my order Marantz RS5015 on the day I ordered, and they advised me to contact the LAZADA customer service but it is only automated answering machine. I don't have any idea where is my order right now. I am totally disappointed with the status of my order right now. I hope that LAZADA will make immediate action to my appeal. Thanks
