Your service is really disappointing. We have orders (372346161) placed on the 26th of November, Sunday.
As per your first email the estimated dates of arrival would be between 01 Dec - 05 Dec, 2017 for the first shipment and between 08 Dec - 14 Dec, 2017 for the second shipment. After this email we did not receive any update. We also did not receive any LBC tracking number. We have provided the contact number of the recipient so he could be updated about the status of the orders but he never received any sms or notification until now,16th of December.
It was fine. The 5th of December came and nothing was delivered. We decided to check the status using your tracking tool. The latest delivery date for the first shipment was changed to the 7th of December.
So we waited until the 7th came and nothing again. We decided to contact you through your live chat in order to know the detailed status. We spoke with Angelito and asked for the LBC tracking number because it was never provided to us since the orders has been placed. We were informed that the orders have already arrived at Caticlan and Boracay Talipapa LBC centers.
We had someone who tried many times to be in touch with LBC but no one picked up the phone. So on the 8th we contacted you again and spoken to Marie Jaicar. We were informed that the dates has been changed again between 8th to 13th of December. Yet the estimated date of arrival provided by your tracking tool was still on the 7th.
Not updated. On the 10th we contacted you for the third time and spoken to Japhet Constancio but somehow we did not feel nor see any action that has been made. We waited until the 13th which is supposedly the latest of the latest date of arrival. Contacted you again and spoken to Alexis.
It is already the 14th which is the latest date of arrival of the second shipment but nothing was delivered. Alexis sent us an email saying it would be delivered before or on the 16th. We sent someone to Caticlan LBC center to check what is going on with the package and why is it not delivered still. The answer, the orders are in their warehouse and they do not deliver to Buruanga(the recipient's address).
Don't you know about this? Don't you know that they don't deliver to Buruanga? Made us wonder if all of your four representatives that we have spoken to have really taken actions regarding our concerns and have coordinated with LBC. Pretty obvious that the did not.
Because if they did why aren't we informed about this? Why do they just keep on changing the dates and had as wait for ages instead of just telling us it can't be delivered, that we need to pick our orders? You should provide us all the needed informations regarding our orders. It should not be our part to stress out and keep on contacting you to know what is going on.
We even asked your representative Angelito if our orders will still be delivered to the given address and the answer was yes. Receiving this information is total devastation. If we would have known that the orders won't be delivered we could have had someone pick them up right after it arrived in LBC center. We waited for more than a week and gave our kind understanding regarding this matter and expected that it will be finally delivered today but nothing.
Is this the kind of costumer service that you want to provide? We are paying right. So of course to end all these nerve wracking situation we had it picked up.
In the end you just fooled us and made us stupid for trusting you! Lastly, until today you did not update the date of delivery on your order's status tracking tool.
