As per conversation, attached are the proofs of how your accredited courier LEX PH Vicente Role Puno III insisted on accepting the parcel. The video happened today, July 2,2021 around 12 pm.
Attached also is the phone number of LEX PH Head Office.
The phone conversation happened last June 30,2021. The phone call was accepted by me and it was Anna Flores who was harassing me to make an extra effort to pay immediately the parcel eventhough I requested her to make another delivery attempt the following day.
I hope that this email can be helpful in resolving this matter.
