I am so upset with lazada. I was shamed!

My order that was supposed to be a gift for my boss was cancelled and refunded after waiting for more than a week. The chat support i spoke with did not answer my any of my questions.

1. Why did it cancel and refunded when i laready paid for it.

2. Why does it takes 2 minutes to debit the payment from my bank but takes 15-45 days for refund?

3. Why does my lazada app shows me a different price of the items versus the breakdown given bt the chat support?

My lazada app shows that i was charged 950php but the chat said i was only charge 800+? Not accurate! I feel like lazada app is fraud.

4. The agent i chat with promised me 100 voucher! I never got any!

5. She end the call without resolving my issue. Thats rude! Ive asked for a manager couple times. No manager! All she said was theres no way she can do and the refund is processed! Unacetable! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

I will attach the discrepancy of the price. Kaya pala dati nag pa COD ako ng mdaming item, tas nung nag compute ako mas mahal binayadan ko sa nakalagay na price sa lazada app.
