Putting multiple purchases in one order is most stupid forms Lazada made. The total summary amount with no details per item gives the customer the wrong amounts when deliveries are made. The customer will receive multiple e-mail with same headings. Upon opening the tracking no will only help determine w/c item part of the order is coming and estimate the amount to prepare. The Call Center people are idiots, say it takes weeks to respond by email and hangs up.
