TAPOS NOONG TINATANONG KO NA "KAYA MO BANG ITAYA ANG TRABAHO MO SA SIBASABI MO SAKIN" NA KARARATING PALANG NG ITEM KO SA "CENTRAL HANGAR" SOMETHING DAHIL ITO AY INTERNATIONAL GALING .. KARAMIHAN NA ORDER KO INTERNATIONAL YUNG SECOND ORDER KO INTERNATIONAL GALING E BAKIT DI DUMAAN SA "CENTRAL HANGAR" WALA NAMANG DUMAAN DOON ACCORDING SA TRACKING NA NASA ACCOUNT KO.

THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINED PEOPLE.. THEY USE THE SAME PHRASES AND NO ACTION .. THEY SHOULD RENAME THEIR "COMPANY" CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP SECTION BY LAZADA OR ELEVATED CUSTOMER INQUIRY DEPARTMENT .. BUT "NEVER CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE" WHAT THEY ONLY CARE IS THE LEX PH DELIVERY...THE SO-CALLED DELIVERY PROVIDER HAS MORE TEETH THAN THE FIRST GUEST CONTACT PERSONNEL ( CUST. CARE REP) FOR IF THE LEX PH SAID FAILED DELIVERY THEN THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!

ALL THEY COULD DO IS FOLLOW UP, ELEVATE THE COMPLAINT ETC ETC... UNLIKE BLACK ARROW EXPRESS TALK TO THE REP AND EXPECT AN ANSWER RIGHT AWAY IT MIGHT BE NOT THE ONE YOUR EXPECTING BUT THERE IS AN ACTION DONE... UNLIKE LAZADA... "ALL WE CAN DO IS FOLLOW IT UP"

AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL CLIENTS BY FIRST NAME AND IN A SCOLDING TONE...
