good eve Lazada Ph i have a request for cancellation of order,

while i searching for an item there something wrong with my connection and i need to restart my PC.. afterwards i received a message on my phone and, this is the message "your order 301652668 has been received and is going through verification process. An order confirmation email has been sent to your mailbox. you can track your order at" i don't know what happen, i didn't finish the process of ordering but why u send me that message.

i think there's something wrong with your system

that's all, please response ASAP
