Hello Good day to all Lazada Philippines Team . You are great online shopping from the rest of the internet shopping online in the Philippines .
But i have some issues regarding to cancellation of the purchase product.
I just want to suggest Lazada Philippines that you need a separate system that will be able to process the cancellation of the order taken by the costumer in a convenient way by sending messages or through email when they want to cancel their order..
And also the processing day of delivery of products or shipment must be not too long . especially her in Metro Manila area. i suggest it must undergo 2-3 days of delivery .
By the way i'm just concern and and thank you for reading this.
