Hello!

I'm having problems with my order #319117616 (XP PEN Graphic Drawing Tablet). Its already been a week and the order is still in the process of verification. I'd like to cancel it and place a new order. I haven't been able to do so because of the absence of the 'CANCEL' button. I need this asap so I can give it as a gift to my niece. Hoping for a fast response!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with affordable prices and daily flash sale and stated that there is a room for improvement of delivery failure and no cancellation button.
