I ordered several products on Lazada last July 24, 2017 amounting to 1878 php then after the order was confirmed I waited for a week to receive my order but no, the order didn't arrive. Then I contacted Lazada and they said that my order was cancelled.

And I was like what!? You cancelled yet you don't have the audacity to inform your buyer!??? #Paasa din kayo eh. It's more than a month already and I'm waiting for the refund you said that you did not collect (I really hope so) The money is #Floating in the system.

So pls dearest inform your customers before cancelling an order. Thank you and more customers to come.
