Hi, may I know what happened to my refund with the order #207148756631941? Sabi kasi ng customer care nung October 11, may positive feedback na from AliPay at makukuha ko siya within 15 working days at i-uupdate nila ako.

Nagfollow up ako kanina thru email to know if there is an update kasi malapit na 'yung 15 days. Then nagreply si Lazada na case closed na raw 'yun eh di pa rin ako narerefund. Can you enlighten me on this? Can you take a look again on this issue?

Sobrang inconvenience na kasi. I'm hoping for a response. September 16 'yung transaction hanggang tumawag kayo nang October 5, now it's October 30.

Sana wag mawala nang tuluyan 'yung trust ko sa inyo. Thanks!!!

Wow! That's a big amount.

Refund process of Lazada is horrible. Just an advise para di kayo mamurublema sakaling oorder pa kayo sa Lazada, mag COD nalang kayo para in case na i-cancel nila ang order mo wala kang magiging problema sa refund.

Oh btw, mostly mas pricey ang items nila compared sa labas. Ok sana pag sale kasi mura talaga but malimit kina-cancel nila (malamang Lazada empolyees ang bumibili kaya nila kina-cancel order mo, hehehe) and defective ang items (based on my experience) so it's still not worth to buy sale from them.
