It seems to me that Lazada is doing everything to get rid of their good customers. Since years I am ordering at Lazada or better I am trying.

I guess about 30% of the orders arrived. The rest was cancelled, but not by me. It's even not possible, once the order is confirmed and on its way. Lazada is foolishing the people and let them choose themselves what's maybe the reason.

This looks always like this in the mail: "Sorry, your order #XXX has been canceled because of one of the following reasons: Customer details provided in the order (name and/or address) is incomplete. Our couriers tried to contact you because your address cannot be located but were not able to reach you. You and/or any authorized representative were not available to receive the order. Consignee was unknown at the delivery address.

Your payment was not ready upon delivery. You were not able to pick-up your order at the SM Collection Point for five (5) days. Your delivery was canceled at your request." And now it comes: I cannot make orders with COD anymore. It took me some times to find a text in the deepth of FAQ, that Lazada can take off that option for customer who have a lot of cancellation.

Imagine, now they are punishing the customers for the failures of Lazada management. They say: It's the system. How can a company be so stupid and shoot themself in their leg? The system is programmed by human beings, or maybe not?

Lazada is not able or doesn't want to tell the truth to the customer. Sometimes the order is returned because there was nobody at home or the carrier cannot find the adresse. Once they even told us that the order was refused by the receiver. But there was no one at our gate for sure and their was no phone call or text.

THERE ARE ALMOST NEVER PHONE CALLS OR TEXT!!! I mean how stupid is this all? I am a foreigner living in the Philippines. I was used to make online shopping in my country all the time, and I NEVER experienced something like Lazada.

Service, Logistic are soo poor. Its hardly to describe. Now if I want to order something which is offered as COD, but when it comes to checkout the option is not available, but an order is produced, and I have to cancelle it, this time really BY MYSELF. How mad is that?

Shopee is an option. A lot of difficulties too, but give them a chance. Lazada is really getting on my nerves. The chat is now disappeared from the screen.

You need to go many deviations to find it. Besides, I NEVER GET REALLY HELP from them. They really don't know more then what I can already see on the screen. USELESS....

Under all these circumstances it looks very cynic when the ask in a mail: "Feedback: Please share your experience with us!" "Your experience with Lazada is important to us...We are constantly trying to improve our service and would like to hear your feedback on how we served you." REALLY??? LOL!!!


Our area in Ifugao was included for COD, but when we place orders it says "COD NOT AVAILABLE". We have been ordering before using the COD and it works, but now we can't..... we do prefer to use COD because there are merchants who send different or fake items (SCAMMERS).


What areas are available for COD, when we type our address and click the item it says there "Available on CASH delivery" but hen payout, COD is disabled?how's that?
