Lazada Philippines - M y order is marked as delivered but i didn't receive the item
I ordered this June 15, 2019 and paid via Gcash app, to avoid inconvinience and I expect my item to be arrived at June 17, 2019. They marked my item "Delivered* at June 17, 2019 but where is it? I was on my place the whole day and nobody texted me but my order has a proof of delivery? Who signed it? Without my consent????? And who received it???? I trusted Lazada for 3yrs and this is the first time my item was not delivered but they notify my order as DELIVERED. This is my first order that wasn't CASH ON DELIVERY and is this how you work when people pay through online payment? I demand my refund for the item, sorry Lazada but I'm so very disappointed.

nagorder ako sa lazada ng 4pcs na short pantulog antagal ko hinintay un tapos makikita ko sa review ko delivered na. at ang masaklap pa nun may proof of delivery pa na iba ang pirma at di ko alam dinong sihuda ang nag pirma nun wala dumating sakin na item ko tapos makikita ko delivered na . kaiba pala ang LEX PH na yan e . matindi pa sa matindi walang kwenta nangaanking ng di sa kanila kuh naodeliver man sa iba bobo dahil may name ako dun at address complete pero wala akong natangap na kahit ano. buseetttt.....

Lazada Philippines - Don't let XDE Logistics destroy Lazada.
I've read so many feedback with regards to XDE Logistics as the courier for their Lazada purchases. All of them are negative. and now I have experienced it first hand. I am tracking my item on their web page but it doesn't work. I tried calling their hotline but no one answers. Please, Lazada! don't let XDE ruin your business.
