I ordered a fridge early december as the delivery time would be before christmas (between 20-23) in the province, but as expected it didnt arrive, only after days of chasing the shipper LBC and finally getting through to the Lazada hotline i was advised they would check the status (LBC could not give me any straight answer on where the item was or when it would be delivered) finally i got an e-mail from lazada CS advising the new delivery date of 6 Jan. ORDER CANCELED.
Do Not Prepay anything with Lazada, they dont care once they have your money. The excuse Lazada finally has given is that the system would not know how the item would be delivered thus cannot give an accurate delivery time even it says guaranteed.
