I have contacted customer support for the past 2 months regarding my complaint with Lazada. My credit card was charged 18,500 to a transaction I haven’t made.

I have filed a dispute on my issuing bank already and I haven’t heard any word from Lazada anymore. You usually have access to order details of your customers including the order numbers, how come, when I inquire about it, you can’t answer me? If my bank claims the transaction is authentic, then where is the product that was supposed to be worth 18500 ? How come i haven’t received it nor i received and email/sms notifying me whether the product is out for delivery or shipped?

I feel my privacy as a customer has been not valued. Its depressing to know that the time it takes to resolve such issue is painstakingly long.

Has Lazasa become a den for scammers and frauds? I feel pissed and devastated knowing I was charged with such a big amount and Lazada is not doing anything about it!

Hi lazada! Sana naman mabigayan nio ng kasagutan ito!

11/26/2018 tumawag ako sa inyo dhil nakareceive ako ng txt ng transaction s inyo na hindi naman ako ang nagavail, tinanung ko kau kung my nagtransact ng 19200 at 22800 gamit ang card no. Ko. Ang sinabi ng isa sa mga agent niyo nakausap ko is ung 22800 nakita nia pero ung 19200 wala daw. At hindi ako nagkulang nasabhin sa inyo that day 11/26/18 kapag my pakiblock at cancelin agad ung dalwang yan kapag nakita niyo na gamit ang card no.

Ko. Una sa lahat wala akong account sa lazada. On the next day 11/27/18 my nreceive ko sa metrobank ko na my ngtransact sa inyo which is napablock ko parehas yn. Tapos nung ngtanung ko sa inyo sabi niyo napaasikaso niyo at napablock niyo yan.

Kya kampante ko. At sabi niyo pa sakin tama lang ginawa ko dahil napablock ko agad nung 11/26/2018 ung mga transaction. Sbi wait ko lang email pra sa investigation. So nghintay at umasa ko na maaus at natuwa ko dahil sabi niyo hinahanap niyo na kung sino ung fraud na yun.

At nag sabi pa kayo sakin na nasa bank secracy law ako my rights ako para hindi bayaran ang nanakaw sakin dahil fraud ang ngyari sakin. Tpos nun ngemail kasyo sakin na. Case was resolved. So natuwa ko na akala ko is mababalik na yung pera ngemail ko sa bank.

Pero umabot ng ilang buwan nagulat ko na bumalik sa billing ko ung nanakaw sakin. Bakit naman po kayo ganun. Pinaasa niyo na malulutas at magagawan niyo ng paraan. Dahil sa mga email niyo na akala ko maaus at maiimbestigahan.

Pero niisa sa email wala sinabi sakin ang status ng nacancel or ano na ngyayari. Naka ilang tawag at ibat ibang agent niyo na nakakausap ko at nalilito na ko kung sino nagsasabi ng totoo. Dahil iba iba ang explain. At hanggang ngaun hindi ako makapaniwala na magbabayad ako ng ganto ng wala man lang laban.

Nung tumawag sakin ang bank ko. Kailngan kayo makipag coordinate para malaman nila at maconfirm na fraud xa. Dahil kayo ang nakakaalam at sa inyo natrasact. Pero anung ginawa niyo pinagpasapasan niyo kung sino dapat kumibo at makipag sa sa inyo ng bank.

Sa tingin niyo biro ang ngyari sa mga nabibiktima na to? At hindi niyo man tinutukan dahil hindi naman kayo ang biktima. Simpleng tao lang po ako. Sa halagang 19200 at 22800 sa tingin kaya ko bayaran yn?

At sa tingin niyo magaaksaya ako ng panahon para kulitin at kausapin kayo parang lang dyan? Kung sa inyo ba ngyari ito sa tingin niyo ano maramdaman niyo. Tulala at hindi ako makapag isip at makatulog. Dhil hindi ko alam kung san ko pupulutin yn pra mabayad sa ninakaw sakin.

Lahat ng instruction n sinbi niyo sakin ginawa ko. Para lang mabawi ko. Sana naman mahabag kayo at matulungan niyo ko. Ang hinihiling ko lang makipagcooperate din kayo sa bank.

Para malaman nila.

Hindi po biro ang gantong halaga. Sana naman sa email kung ito my mabilis at maayos na tulong ang magawa sakin ngaun.

Maybe the seller is the one scamming. Just check carefully before finalizing your order-compare other online offers and store prices before the promo selling starts.

I have many satisfied purchases from Lazada except for the "5" meter window sealing strip -really 4 meters only. And the spring hair removal tool-did not work that well.

i have this problem now. ngayon ang problema ko is ang sabi ng bank ko w/c is BPI dumaan daw sa tamang online authentication ang order so hindi daw nila marereverse.

yung lazada daw habulin ko.

anyone here na nakahabol sa lazada with the same problem? paano po ang gagawin?

LAZADA 027958900 You have to call at your own expense and feel the repeated recycled promises of investigation ang floating refund

Many anomalies happening now. Many more customers can be a victim

Its very difficult to have your complaint answered.... They dont even refund me when they sent me stone for the phone i paid already

I think you should change your credit card provider to one that offers a one-time pin (OTP). That way, it would be difficult for fraudsters to use your card as they would need an OTP which only you would have access to (unless your phone gets stolen along with your credit card).
