I ordered a wifi repeater a week ago. Sira yung item so i had to send it back via LBC.

I clearly instructed to REPLACE the item. kaya nga hindi ko pinapa refund kasi wala akong valid id since i'm still a student tapos ngayon hihingian niyo ng mga kung ano anong id para makuha ko pera ko. tinawagan niyo ko once at di ko nasagot yun kasi my phone was on silent and pinrocess padin ng lazada yung refund without me knowing. napaka unprofessional niyo.

nakaka dala ng bumili sainyo to be honest.

almost every week may inoorder ako sainyo pero papangit ng pangit ang serbisyo niyo. nakaka dismaya.

We just want to inform you po na kaya po nare-refund ang mga items na ni-return ay dahil kung ang item SKU po ay currently out of stock, tinatawagan po ang customer at kundi po ma-contact, it will automatically be refunded kesa po maghintay sa availability ng item. Its also one way for us na mapaganda ang serbisyo sa customers. no worries po dahil kung student po kayo, meron naman po sigurado kayong parents, relatives and friends na may valid ID or bank details kung saan namin pwedeng i-deposit ang refund ninyo.
