I ordered a wifi repeater a week ago. Sira yung item so i had to send it back via LBC.
I clearly instructed to REPLACE the item. kaya nga hindi ko pinapa refund kasi wala akong valid id since i'm still a student tapos ngayon hihingian niyo ng mga kung ano anong id para makuha ko pera ko. tinawagan niyo ko once at di ko nasagot yun kasi my phone was on silent and pinrocess padin ng lazada yung refund without me knowing. napaka unprofessional niyo.
