If you return a defective item, the money will go into the Lazada Wallet. There is no way to get the money out of the wallet, and their customer service is unhelpful—giving standard answers and not replying. Just close the account and use some other service.

Lazada is a scam, I ordered 3 items, which I paid with my VISACARD, the items were not delivered to me and LAZADA refuses to reimburse me. It's a scam!

Last Jan. 31, I received the wrong item sent by the seller (photos attached).

I have already returned the wrong item through MLhullier last Feb. 4, 2025. I wanted a refund, but my 'Wallet' 'Balance' is empty. I tried your virtual assistant, but it's not helpful in any way.

Last Sunday, Feb. 9, I called (02)895 2**** or (02)89 LAZADA. I spent Ph100 on mobile load, and the customer service I talked to only wasted my time and load. I kept telling her to escalate my problem, but she kept asking and telling me irrelevant questions, even after I had already explained my problem.

She didn't have the courtesy to call me back after my load was consumed at 9:53am. My purchase was just Ph135, and yet I wasted an additional Ph100 on unreliable customer service. I wonder if this complaint would bring hope to other patrons. Customer Service is the primary stronghold of any organization.

Shopee, doesn't give me problems.

When I request a return, they immediately pick up the item, and my 'Wallet balance' is updated without question. Hiring a Quality Customer Service should be worth their compensation.

I just wish this email would reach the proper authority and not be wasted. (Please listen to and review the phone conversation)

They don't provide a method of contact unless you're either a local who can call or have no problems with your account login because you can't use the chat feature without logging in.

The worst experience ever in my online buying experience, the most disaorganized online shop, the website is made to confuse buyers. I order Shanban 4.8ct fridge, the send me haillang 3.4ct fridge. They still are arogouing with me on I order the wrong item my self even though that all their documents and recpients show that i ordered Shanban 4.8ct.. very time consuming experience to correct this issue
