I ordered QF APPLE EARPHONE.THEN WHEN I RECEIVED THE MIC IS NOT WORKING AND THE VOLUME KEY IS BUSTED.

I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE OF LAZADA. "THE APPLICATION IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THIS ACTION" YAN LNG ANG SABI. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND I HAVE TO OPTION TO RETURN THIS ITEM CAUSE IT SAYS CANNOT BE CANCELLED THE ORDER WHEN I ALREADY HAVE IT?

I want lazada to contact me right away.This is not the first time happened.
