Actually, this is my 6th time I ordered thru Lazada and this is the first time that I experienced this nerve-breaking incident. Ordered Asus Zenfone4 4 days ago.

It was delivered today before 9 am. Opened the plastic packaging and opened the box. To my surprise, the actual unit was not inside and only the manual and charger were inside. No headset too.

I believe a theft occurred within Lazada warehouse or within the Lazada Express Delivery Service. What's more irritating is that I could not get thru their Customer Service. Sent an e-mail no response.

Will report this to DTI and go to a television show to expose this fraud/theft and robbery. I guess this will be my last time to order.
