We ordered a 55inches tv AVISION brand with them. Defective unit and take ages for them to comply with the return or refund.
Its worth around 20thousand pesos. We’d been calling long distance on their hotline but all the answers they’re giving are full of s#i&@#! We dont know how to get our money back. LAZADA IS FULL OF ***!
We also think that the TV is fake as the manual context are mispelled. Hope someone can help us get our money back, 20thousand pesos is no joke
