When it arrived i was very happy. So i started using it then the device just suddenly turn off by itself and i can't turn it anymore that why i returned the item.

after a week not news about my return. so i sent some emails and got a reply that they want 3 weeks for checking. they should just replace asap. i was planing to buy an additional but how can i with this kind of business attitude.

my real worry is that they will not replace and blame me for the defect. what happen to Lazada buyer protection guarantee.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
