Bought an defective laptop worth 31.5k last June 28, 2016. Before ko pinadala un, Pinicturan ko muna mga documents at naglagay ng letter kung bakit defective iyong laptop and of course to use it as evidence if ever magfafile ako sa DTI. I've read numerous complain against lazada kaya hindi niyo ko masisi kung nagmamadali akong makuha pera ko kasi pinaghirapan ko iyong pera na iyon. Asan na iyong effortless shopping niyo? I've sent numerous email pero until now walang kayong reply. I'm planning to file a complaint sa DTI if wala parin silang reply hanggang next week so please magreply naman sana kayo sa mga email ko!

hello 750pesos lang, ndi pa nila nirerefund pera ko. everyday ako natawag sa kanila, palagi na lang sinasabi ng call agent, we will escalate your report daw...

and we still waiting for the update of payment scheme...

from july 5 hanggang ngaung july 21 wala pa din. nakakaloko...
