a year ago i bought a mobile phone, the package was complete, the problem was that they gave me a defective charger!!! It was 2 months after when I realized that it was malfunctioning when all the while from the first time that I charged my phone I was wondering why it would take more than 6 hours to get it charged and then one day nagspark na lang bigla, after two months lang..I could no longer complain na defective pala yung charger when I should have informed them since the first time na umaabot pa nga ng 8 hours bago mafull charged yung battery. Dapat itest muna nila lahat ng necessary na itest sa anumang bibilhin ng customer for a reputable customer service!!!
