Lazada Philippines - Delayed delivery
I already paid my order last Sept. 5, delivery promised was Sept.
10 but I'm not receiving my parcel up until now. It was stock on the status, package has been pick up by logistic partner w/c is SSC.
Monetary Loss: $18.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Lazada Philippines Pros: I have used them for years.
Lazada Philippines Cons: Not receiving updates after numerous follow up.

Here's my order no. 315950****27248 I've been contacting your customer service multiple times, and I was promised to be called by a supervisor but no one did.
The only thing i'm asking for is the updated delivery time frame, I understand if there's a delay due to our situation but pls let your customer know what is really happening about thier orders. Be transparent enough to gain your customers trust!
