I ordered an Asus laptop last September 19, 2016 at 1PM and received an email that the item will arrive in 2-3 business days. I've been waiting for the delivery since then, but, up until today nothing has been delivered.
Please take note that the amount has been debited from my account already. Also, no one is calling me to provide any delivery details since the ETA is overdue. I'm so disappointed with your service and i want the item to be delivered today or have my order cancelled.
