I changed my delivery address kasi lumang address ang nakalagay sa lazada. naiorder na ang item bago napansin.

Processing pa lng ang status nun kaya possible pa mchange. buti nlng ilang oras pa lng nkakalipas nung inorder.

1st agent, naayos nya. sabi nya. may email pa.

after 2 days tumawag ako to double check. pero hnd pala inayos nung agent. so ngaun, hnd na rw pwd ichange. laptop ang inorder ko.

laptop at paid na!!! so bakit hnd ko pwd mkuha ang item???? paid na un! isa pa agent nyo ang may mali kasi inayos ko to sa tamang oras.

pero si agent ang hnd gumawa ng trabaho nya. so bakit ako ang naabala. limang agents na ang nakausap ko. ung item, worth 23k.

hindi bsta bsta un. at pinagpipilitan nila ideliver sa maling address! pera pera lang lazada? pg nacancel, sobrang tagal ng refund.

grabeng abala naman! walang kwenta tlg. ngkamali ako ng desisyon na mgorder sa inyo. bulok ang sistema nyo.

walang pakialam sa customers. pera lang tlg.
