Good day.Nangyari din sa akin yan.

Order ako ng phone sa lazada.worth 5799.samsung. May pagkakaiba lang tau ng scenario.ikaw costumer service ako nman ung delivery associates ang may problem. Nagtext ng maaga ang lazada at ung delivery associates na ngaun ang delivery. Hinintay ko ang delivery almost 2 to 3 hours.

Tnext ko ung delivery associates kung saan na cya. Sumagot na "Banlat" some part in tandang sora quezon city. Tapos tinanong ko kung saan cya banda hindi cya makapagsabi ng exact location nya.at ang sagot nya alam ko ang lugar ninyo.black gate at sa looban pa kau banda. Bakit hindi ka makapagsabi kung saan kn.anong oras mo yan iddeliver mga hapon pa ito makakarating.ang lapit mo na tas hapon pa sbi ko sa delivery.

Aalis ako at may pupuntahan.hindi naman pwede mga kasama ko sa bahay dahil may pupuntahan cila.ngaun hintayin kita.ang sagot sa akin.bukas na lang iddeliver. Singot ko cya na.bakit bukas pa.bakit hindi ngaun.ok kung ayaw mong edeliver ngaun tatawag ako sa lazada at magrereport.marami pa raw cya iddeliver un ang tugon sa akin.sobrang napakalapit na nya sa akin.bakit hindi nya kayang ideliver ng on time. Snb ko pa sa kanya.abangan kita sa labas para magkita tau.dahil totally sa tuwing magorder ako sa lazada walang aberya ang mga nagdaang delivery.dito lang ako nagkaproblema sa order ko na phone. Hindi ko alam kung bakit may delay ang delivery ngaun.ang tagal kong naghintay.

Pagkasabi ko sa delivery personnel kung hindi madeliver ngaung araw tatawag ako sa lazada at mag eemail ako.bigla pinatay ang phone. Tas wala na cyang reply at paramdam. Hindi ko masabi kung bakit kailangan nyang idelay ang delivery. Paghihintayin ako ng matagal.snb ko sa kanya hintayin kita dahil may pupuntahan ako.tugin nya iwan ko lang ang pambayad sa kapitbahay at iaabot nya ang order ko pag akoy aalis.

Anong purpose bakit hindi nya magampanan ng maayos ang kanyang trabaho sa kanyang costumer. May nakchat naman akong agent ng lazada.hintayin ko lang daw kung hindi ngaun bukas na lang iddeliver. Hindi ko raw pwde ikansel.dahil anjan na ang items sa LEX ASSOCIATES ng lazada. Ako pa mismo mag aadjust sa kanila.ilang oras na ako naghihintay.imbes na ipahinga ko pa ung paghihintay tapos iddelay lang.

Isa pa.tinanong ko sa agent kung may serial number ba ang unit at kung may record cila.ang sagot po wala.SKU lang po. How can be sure kung un tlga ang iddeliver sa akin.kung may problema po sa product pwede po ireturn.how does it work.cash ang ibbayad ko tas magkakaroon ng ganoong scenario na ibabalik kung defect ang unit. Alam naman natin na may return cila.dapat man lang make sure nila quality ng product nila.SAMSUNG po ang unit.

Aware lang ako sa order ko dahil phone un.at may nababasa ako sa reviews ng lazada na tampered ang narereived ng ibang costumer na parcel.Wish lang sana maayos nila ang serbisyo nila sa costumer nila.
