I bought a magideals nutcracker doll and paid for it last nov 11,They finally send it after 10 days,But the messanger did not notify me prior to delivering the said product,until LITERALLY he was in front of our house and since he did not inform us prior,Nobody''s at home.I filled up the reply form confirming my address and even their CEO and another claiming a manager texted me RE the failed delivery,I told the messager that he can deliver it the next day and NEVER got any reply,Now it said "THEY HAD DELIVERED IT SEVERAL TIMES BUT FAIL AND WILL NOT DELIVER AGAIN"It was a lie for they had tried to deliver it ONLY ONCE.Its it they should at least replied to my quaries and they should attempt to deliver it again for it was PAID with DELIVERY CHARGES
