I ordered last Nov 25 and until now Dec 4 I didn't receive my items. I called Lazada nung Dec 2 to follow-up my items and they say na its already in the courier n raw n 2GO.
at dapat yung items ko nareceive ko n last Dec1 p. Sbi nila by Wednesday Dec 3 marereceive ko n..pero nagantay ako wla p din..sbi ko urgent n kasi uuwi n ko ng Bulacan at kaya sa Makati ko pindeliver pra mkuha ko agad.
I called again today Dec 4 iuurgent daw nila..nakakainis ang services nila ambgal kaya pti 2GO tinwagan ko n ang sbi ng 2Go ung isang item ko mdedeliver today at yung isa now plng daw nila nreceive from Lazada.. ngtataka ako bakit mgkhiwaly p nilang nreceive e sbay kong inorder ung items..pwede ba pakiayos ang services nyo sinbi nyo n maidedelive within 1-5 working days siguraduhin nyong magagawa nyo
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
I didn't like: Very poor customer service, Inconsistent delivery.
