They delivered wrong items immediately returned to courier the next day. I have 2 items 1 refunded already but the other 1 does not refunded yet and the status is still received items it's almost 1 month.

I've tried to chat them but they only read my message. This was the 1st time I've experience this to Lazada but before they are good but why now many costumers are complaining about their deliveries.
