Umorder ako nung sept. Sept 25 ng redmi 1s, in 24 hrs natanggap ko yong order then inexplore ko ung redmi 1s kaso sa pageexplore may ilang bagay na di maganda sa product (mahina ang signal sa loob ng bahay, madaling magdrain ang battery, hindi basta magsend ng messages) after 3weeks (oct.19)ibinalik ko sa kanila kasi under pa ng warranty pero di ko iniexpect na wala palang coordination ang return team nila at ang customer service kasi magtotwo months na kong follow up ng follow up ang lagi nilang sinasabi e makiki pagcoordinate sa return team nila pero till now wala man lang sagot ang return team nila.at nasabi din nila na ang return policy e 3-4 weeks pero humigit na ang 3-4weeks walang redmi 1s na bumalik
