Lazada representative contacted me and handled the issue well.Very helpful yung nakausap ko na Customer Care Senior Specialists.

Hiningi nya pictures pati detalye ng problema sa device na natanggap ko. Tumatawag talaga sya para iupdate ako sa progress ng request. Thumbs up ako sa kung pano nya hinandle kasi pag sinabi nyang tatawag sya, tumatawag talaga sya sa schedule na binigay nya. As of today the amount paid is already on my account.

Binalik na..So salamat Lazada lalong lalo na sa patience ng nag handle ng issue.

They redelivered my defective Samsung Galaxy Note 8 after the evaluation and was not handled cautiously.They just put the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and the AKG Speaker inside a small pouch.

Wala man lang kahit bubble wrap. When I returned my order, it was well packed. Nilagay ko pa sa malaking brown box at nilagyan ko ng maraming bubble wrap sa loob para Siguradong well protected yung items tapos pagbalik makikita mong nilagay lang sa pouch na maalikabok pa. Hindi ko na binuksan at Ibinalik ko sa lazada for reevaluation kasi hindi naman nila chineck ng maayos.

According to the representative na nakausap ko sa hotline,sa record daw nila good device daw kasi device turns on & off. Yun lang. Walang namention about sa nireport kong browsing and drop calls issues or sa light bleed na nanotice namin sa side ng screen. It's almost 3 weeks na nasa warehouse na wala man lang email from the department who handles or process the evaluation tapos pagchat ko with lazada kanina, sabi eredeliver na naman.

Hindi ko na alam anong pwede kong gamin. Nakakainis lang kasi hindi naman pinulot yung perang pambili. Actually birthday at anniversary gift ng husband ko yun.

Binilhan pa ni hubby ng LED case kahit mahal din para matuwa ako.Kaso pano ako matutuwa sa ganitong experience?

I'm sorry if it reached to the point of posting this concern publicly.Ayokong manira ng reputation lalo pa na sobrang laki ng convenience omorder online.

With lazada nabawasan na pagpunta ko sa grocery/department stores so nakakasave ako ng time. Bilis pa magdeliver dito samin ni LEX. Onced shipped na status online, kinabukasan dinideliver yung item

Napagod lang kasi ako sa kakatawag at chat para kumustahin status ng sinuli kong item. Paulit ulit ko kailangan eexplain sa different agents about the issue.

Others are giving promises to call back tapos inaantay ko rin kasi very reassuring yung pagkakasabi pero hindi naman tumatawag.

Sa ngayon, naappreciate ko na may iisang tao akong kinocommunicate thru his email kasi sa kanya naescalate yung issue.Atleast di ko na kailangan paulit ulit na edetalye ang nangyari at well documented na talaga.

Hi Lazada,

I greatly appreciate how my concern is being handled by Rokie (one of your representatives).He closely monitored and have updated constantly to let me know on the progress of my request.

Yung halos every step na ginagawa nya iniinform ako. Atleast naexplain ko rin ng maayos kung saan yung talagang problema ng device. As of yesterday, Rokie informed me that the management granted my request since nakita naman at naprove na may problema yung item after the 2nd reevaluation And naintindihan naman na Its already beyond our control. Kahit maayos pagkapack ng seller kung may manufacture defects talaga hindi naman siguro just kung pagtitiisan ko nalang gamitin for a long time at alam naman natin gano ka importante ang cellphone for every use.

Kung tatanungin ako san ako nadisappoint with Lazada kung bakit ako ng post nito, Yung sa Warehouse lang na hindi muna inalam kung saan ang problema kung bakit ko sinuli for evaluation at basta basta nalang binalik sakin yung device na nakabalot sa plastic pouch. aside sa maliit na individual box ng Note 8 at AKG speaker, yung plastic pouch na ng XDE ang binalot, wala nang bubble wrap. Sayang din kasi yung time na ibabad ko sa phone at paulit ulit kong eexplain sa different representatives at kahit nag request kana ng call back sa evaluation team, hindi ka parin iuupdate nila sa result basta basta nalang ihahatid sayo sabay na yung notification na kesyo good device na tipong wala ka nang choice kung di tanggapin nalang. Hindi ko rin iinsist na e reevaluate kung wala talagang problema.

Kaya salamat lazada sa pag address ng problema.

I called today to make a follow up again and di ko maramdaman yung concern nila. Parang balewala lang. Sabagay hindi naman kasi pera nila ginamit pambili
